“I took my jeep in for an engine and traction light issue. Chris did an excellent job of keeping me informed on everything that they were finding. She even texted me the day I dropped it off because I was going to be in a spotty reception area. That is what I consider above and beyond customer service. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and got my jeep back on the road in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about JM's auto repair. And to top it off, I didn't feel the price I paid was over the top especially like at the dealerships.. They are now going to be my place to go for maintenance and I have already referred my friends.”
“Pepe's has always provided prompt and excellent service. I've been there multiple times. The quality of service is much better than the Big Box tire shops. The owner is usually present, and expects his people to provide conscientious tire service. They have never charged me for tire and air check. But I do tip, whenever possible.”

“Needed AC compressor replaced and a trans fluid drain and fill. Good job done at a reasonable price. The free inspection was really good. They pointed out the stuff I already knew about that the place missed. No pressure to repair stuff that can wait or just not be done at all on a high mileage vehicle that I'll scrape or donate in another year or 2. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.”

“So happy with the service we received. We had a slow leak in 1 tire. No visible nail or cut. Carlos removed the tire, did the water check thing, still nothing. Finally decided to take the tire off the rim to check the inside of the tire. Nothing there either. Carlos couldn't find a reason for the air loss, but he checked thoroughly, reinstalled the tire, $10 charge...and no issues now! Magic!He mentioned he only does tire work in the mornings, at 73 years old, his knees and hands don't work as well as they once did. Honest, hard working, and no pressure to buy new tires when there's still plenty of life left in your old tires.”
