Members are greeted with kindness every time. Many families have banked there for over 18 or 20 years and are very pleased, never having a problem. They highly recommend this branch and credit union, which truly cares about its members. The establishment offers great ease, including an app to transfer money. Really like this bank except for when it's trying to communicate with local bankers can never get a hold only with corporate wish had a direct number to bank to just call workers.

Excellent customer service! I’ve been banking with them for 22 yrs. I just wish they had a branch in Show Low!
