April 22,2024. I tried calling your number from the website and it said your number is disconnected or is no longer in service. If y'all are still in business, check your number. Having your number disconnected is not good for business.

I had carpet replaced in my home and had a very pleasant and accommodating experience with this business. The carpet I selected was very high quality, extra plush, soft and stain resistant. This was the second time we’ve had McDaniel do work for us and it won’t be the last!

I've attempted to use this business twice now. The first time they refused to give me a quote on 1,500 square feet of new carpet plus install because we would not show them the quotes we had already received from other local businesses. Now, I tried to get pricing on just an install of carpet we had purchased elsewhere. Instead of saying they'd be over to quote us, they tried shaming us on Facebook for not purchasing locally. Why would we purchase "locally" when we cannot get an honest quote from the only "local" option? Why would we purchase "locally" when you aren't willing to fight for our business? "Local" to St. Johns means anywhere in the White Mountains.. Save some time, and either purchase from Lowes in Show Low, which might be a giant corporation, but they still employ a significant amount of local people, or find one of the many other local people in the White Mountains who actually want to get your business and do not feel like they are entitled to it just because.
