Buckaroos Store and Restaurant is a must-stop on a busy drive, literally in the middle of nowhere. It is a sandwich oasis in the desert. They offer excellent sandwiches, very good hamburgers, and fresh cut fries. The food is fresh, tasty, and better than fast food. The service is excellent, very friendly, and the place is nice and clean. The store section can be overpriced. Note that it is only open during the winter or snow months, with daily hours. When the kitchen is open, it is highly recommended.

Love this restaurant.Wish it was opened year round only during the winter or the snow.Birds show but excellent sandwiches and excellent service. It is a must stop on a busy drive down sixty that makes your day feel a little bit easier.
