Sheffler's Motel is an older, outdated place with plans for remodeling under a new owner. The rooms are in need of update but are generally described as clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. Some rooms, however, have had issues with bugs and stained sheets. The mattresses can be lopsided and the towels old and mismatched. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, and satellite TV, but there is no coffee. The pool is not working. The motel is within walking distance of everything, including a local bar. The staff, housekeeping, and owners are consistently noted as great, very friendly, nice, accommodating, and providing above average service. They are pet-friendly with no extra charge for dogs. For the price, it is considered excellent, and many would stay there again.
My only complaint is the music at the pool. VERY loud. Wonder if they are actually hotel guests

The rooms are very nice and cozy and that's coming from a person that only stays at 4+ stars would 100% recommend for anyone looking to stay. Good job to them

Haven't been here for 2 years. They've made lots of improvements. Great and friendly service.
