We waited for the owner to open up on Easter as he said he was going to but never showed up. So we were outside the parking lot setting up instead of being inside like we planned.

Well kept older community building. Parking lot clean and handicap accessible. Bball court great set up. Bathrooms closed at this visit due to end of day cleaning but told normally well maintained.
