Cricket sucks, I spent $250 dollars on a phone and plan for my husband for Christmas, we didn't activate phone until end of Dec. Turns out service wih cricket in our area is very spoty, my husbad runs a business from home and was unable to mak calls from our house, we went to cricket dealership, spent abut 2.5 hrs there just be told there was nothing they could do for us and wil not refund us our money back or allows us to return phone. They said tough for us, too ba you didn't know about spoty servie ahead of time. Will never do business with thm again, buyer beware. Research the living daylights out of them before you by anything. And le everyone know, they ae all about the money and not about costumer services, for cricket, the costumer is neer right
