The United States Postal Service in San Luis, AZ provides excellent service at most times of the day. The staff are great and friendly, greeting customers by name and wishing them a good day after services are completed. They have helpful and knowledgeable workers, though there was an issue with one of the younger employees' attitude in the past. While lines can get long during peak times, the service is generally quick. The biggest downside is the slow process of picking up packages, which can take up to 15 minutes on the worst days.

The staff is the best! I would rate it a 5 star, but the location is the worst! But that's not their fault, but the government needs to move it. We have to go there because the city doesn't have delivery to the residents.

Very bad customer service, extremely slow to be attended to and difficult to find parking. I send packages every week and on 2 occasions 2 packages disappeared, luckily they were not valuable
