After almost 2 years of non-existent service with Verizon in Sun City at Anthem Ranch I bit the bullet and switched to AT&T. David was very helpful with our purchase of two iPhones and the AARP service plan. They had the phones we wanted in stock. So far the coverage down Hunt HWY has been much better and it's 5G. My phone works in the front yard! The phone setup was fast and easy. Transferring the data from our old phones took about an hour and a half. The monthly cost is a bit less than the competition. I looked at Consumer Cellular (CC) but really wanted an iPhone 15 which CC doesn't offer. I was also concerned about CC throttles back bandwidth and the amount of data I use. 2gb a month. Not an issue with AT&T. So far so good.

Great service, fast. Resolved my cell problems in a little more than 5 minutes. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

I was able to get the information I needed to complete my trade-in for my iPhone 15 pro max! Customer Service was amazing! I definitely love having this store up the street from my house. The rep was able to answer other questions my husband and I had.

Employees were half asleep watching tv. Seemed very irritated I came in. Then claimed they have no way to take cash as payment for a bill? Called AT&T corp and they informed me they do in fact accept cash and wasn’t sure why they refused it other than having to do a cash deposit at night. All around felt like lazy employees who didn’t care to help or be there at all. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

After having a negative experience with a different dealership, these guys knocked it out of the park! Brandon and Eric were very helpful, friendly, personable and professional. We recommend this store to anyone shopping for a cell phone plan. Thanks guys!

Alfredo did a wonderful job at transferring our service from Verizon. He took the time to make sure we understood the plan and set up our phones. Alfredo is a wonderful employee for AT&T. They need more like him.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a phone company. I’m not sure if there’s enough space here to write everything that went wrong. So let’s just say- making it impossible to get off of a family account and on to my own account with a photo ID and the actual phone in hand (also being an authorized user on the account) is where you all need to seriously revisit your policies. The fact that I have to bother my family member with phone call after phone call and sending emails for bill transfer and you STILL can’t get me off their account with my same phone number is LUDACRIS! I was in store 3 times in 4 days and got a different answer and different instructions each time. It has been unbelievable! Dealing with my 6 week old daughter is way less stress than what I went through with this company. I had to completely change my phone number to get my own account and then I had to LIE to a representative to cancel an existing iPad line I had so they could put a number associated with that iPad JUST to add insurance on it…on my OWN account!!! This has been the WORST! And I will continue to make sure EVERYONE I know knows how horrible this company is to work with…and I use the term “work with” very very loosely because obviously y’all are not in the business of “working with” your existing customers. The ONLY reason we even stayed with at&t is because we barely get service out at our house. As soon as we move- we are DONE! And will never ever give another penny to this joke of a company. FIX YOUR POLICY!!Sincerely,A highly dissatisfied “customer”

They did the best thing for me I walked in the door and they had my phone hooked up for me with 2 to 5 minutes that was the longest experience I had in that store it was a wonderful experience I'll go back there any day to have my phone assistant again by anybody in that store thank you have a great day.

Went there for my husband phone wasn’t charging. Went to AT&T store for we always had great service. The associate by the name of Eric helped us and said the phone needs a new port. We decided to get a new phone and Eric showed us one that was on sale and affordable. Got us set up running. Eric thank you for giving us excellent customer service! I hit wrong answer Jacob was FANTASTIC and PROVIDED GREAT SERVICEn at this location. I have purchased phones multiple times, accessories, and iPads, etc. Literally around the corner and always great service and availability.

Went there in early December. There were two people working there and they were helping a group of two people each. They said they would be with me shortly. After an hour I noticed that there was nothing really being done and they were more just talking. After two hours I left. Even if they were good workers, who would go to a place that has that hard a time taking your money? I have bought brand new cars in that amount of time and I'm not rich.
