Went to replace a battery purchased, it had a three year warranty, that was not expired, battery shows it’s not expired, purchase date shows yet the computer said expired. Employee called manager and he said can’t help you. I’d give 0 stars If I could . you can see a long list of cars we have purchased things for over the years, not sure the issue but it could clearly be seen the battery was not expired. Terrible customer service for a computer glitch.

Great customer service. I called in before coming. Greg was super friendly. He gathered some info and pulled a battery for me so it would be ready when I got there. Then, about 10 minutes after arriving, I had a new battery in my car, installed with care. Super impressed. Will definitely come back to this location! ??

I have been a fan and user of Autozone for years. But after my expeience this past Saturday that is no longer the case. I fail to understand when customer service relies upon the customer "coming to the counter" to ask for help rather than staff waiting and not paying attention to a customer wander around the store in search of their needs. Especially when there are six employees standing behind that couter carring on conversation ,drinking energy drinks and paying the customers no nevermind. I could have robbed the place blind. Now, did I need things from behind the counter? Yes I did, but I wanted to find those items on my list that were not and easly found and removed from the list. Some simple help from staff would have gone to great ends to coninue to keep a happy customer.When entering your competitors store they as well acknowledged me, but then said "What can we help you find". Those few words have made me change where I will spend my money and support.Autozone needs to teach their employees what Customer Service mean. It certainly doesn't include waiting behind the counter.

I needed a mirror for my car. It is the right side mirror with heat and all of the other bells and whistles. It was a special order, so I prepaid . I was unable to pick it up for over a month. I called and let them know. When I finally did go to pick it up I was told it had not been paid for. Of course I could not find the receipt so had to go through credit card statements to find the charge. There was a slight problem still but they finally gave me the mirror. And of course it was the incorrect one. I took it back for a refund and again had a slight problem because I didn't have a receipt. It looked like I might be stuck with a $150 mirror I couldn't use. But the manager came to the rescue. He remembered when I bought it and when I called to let them know I wasn't going to be able to pick up for a while. I took off a star for the issues but in the end they handled it well.

Extremely cheap China parts. Employees have absolutely no knowledge of cars. Asked if my mustang was a 2 or 4 door? This auto zone is a joke. Called for a part, they put it on hold. Show up and took 5 employee to find it. Kids have absolutely zero knowledge and should not be working in a auto parts store. Extremely frustrating dealing with Autozone employees that have no idea what they’re talking about or any car knowledge. Worst autozone experience Iv ever had. Will definitely be going back to O’rilleys or OEM because this place is a absolute joke.

Went in to get a A/C recharge kit. Scott at the store came out and helped us look at the A/C. Gave us some potential issues to look out for to try and diagnose the issue. He went above and beyond just selling us the kit. Even got down under the vehicle to help us out. Great location!

Closes at 10 so I was cutting it close but I just needed to see if someone could run the check engine scan, but the doors were already locked at 9:53. I know it was close but sucks to rush somewhere and the doors are locked before their actual close time and the associate is just standing at the counter looking at his phone. ??♀️

They had what I needed one inch deep socket impact Half inch drive for really good price. it's kind of hit and miss If they have what I need all the time.

My car said my brake light went out when I was on my way home, so I immediately pulled into Autozone to get it replaced/checked. Scott F came outside to check the bulb and see if it needed to be replaced and was so efficient, kind and honest! I didn’t need a new bulb, and he just let me know there may be a loose wire wanted to be sure so I didn’t buy something I didn’t need. I really appreciate the honesty as someone who knows nothing about cars. This is my second time here and the staff is always so great!

I was having trouble with the battery on my 2017 Honda CRV keeping a full charge. I was jumping it every few days. I went in to the store and the parts sales manager, Eddie G, not only thoroughly explained why my batter wasn't keeping its charge but also didn't try to sell me the most expensive battery, he gave me options based on my price range. Then after I purchased the battery he installed in about 10-15 minute. If you're at the AutoZone on Combs Rd ask for Eddie G.
