The only thing holding this shop back from a five star is the amount of time it takes to complete basic services. Prices are on par with other shops, front desk people are friendly but the wait times can be atrocious. I have taken my vehicles here only for new tires, tire repair and rotations. On one of my visits I requested a patch and roation of all tires. After approximately 4-5 hours with an appointment set, my patch was complete but my tires had not been rotated (not the end of the world, there are a lot of younger guys in the shop). Took my wife's vehicle in for four new tires at 9am the next day and did not leave until 2pm. The unfortunate part was I had to sit and burn my entire afternoon as my wife took my truck to work. My most recent visit was a 7am walk in for another patch job in a different tire and to actually have my tires rotated. I left the vehicle at the shop this time and after being told it would be complete in an hour, it was not ready until approximately 1pm. While waiting in the shop, it is very common to hear people complain about wait times for basic services. If you are planning to wait at the store expect it to be an all afternoon event.

UPDATE: After 4+ weeks of fighting for what is right, BigO did reimburse me for the cost of the repair caused by the oil change they performed. Upon doing so, they asked if I would remove my original review, instead I will update it. I will give them credit for paying for the repair they caused but I do feel like it was the absolute bare minimum. There were other costs involved that they didn't even ask about, the cost of the tow, the cost of the Uber to pick up my car, etc. Nor did they even acknowledge nor apologize for the inconvenience, including the major inconvenience cause what my car broke down as I was on my way to pick my daughter up from school to take her home. The other thing I wish they would have acknowledged or apologized for was initially misdiagnosing and blaming the damage on something else and then trying to charge me $900 for the repair that they caused. And also for trying to charge me for other additional work that the third party mechanic told me was completely unnecessary.Because I feel like they did the bare minimum "right thing" by reimbursing me the cost of the damage they did, I will increase this from a one-star to a two-star review. I wish they also would have given us a sincere apology... even if they didn't do anything else to try to fix the situation. I still will not be returning as a client as I did not feel they were honest with me in their dealings and that they only did the bare minimum to correct it afterwards because they got caught and I had evidence.ORIGINAL: My car broke down 2.4 miles after getting an oil change. Third-party mechanic diagnosed as related to the oil change. I've been working on a resolution with single for about 3 weeks and it seems as though they're going to work with me but still waiting

Do not take your vehicle here for service. They are dishonest and their goal is to try and upsell you. I maintain my vehicles and perform my own inspections and this location recommended services I know I did not need.Yes, I could’ve done this maintenance on my own as it’s common knowledge but as a Kia Optima driver, I need to keep all receipts and records up to date with the CarFax for warranty purposes. “Your brakes are fine” even though I know my pads are on their way out. “You don’t need a rotation since the tread is passed the legal limit so we won’t be doing that for you” even though the tires are a year old. You’re just lazy…

They were pretty quick about getting a tire repaired. Slight miscommunication as I also needed a loose tire mounted to a rim but they immediately took care of it.

No one seems to pay attention to appointments. I made an appointment a week after purchasing my tires to ensure the tires had time to come in. I called the day before my appointment and the tires were not there. Apparently they were going to just let me show up and tell me when I got there that there were no tires. On my second trip I made an appointment, 5 days in advance, to have the ball bearings repacked on my travel trailer. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, they said it was a 2-hour job, by 2:45 I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and they said they were half done--which meant it should have been completely done by 4:00 p.m. at the latest. So I showed up at 4:00 and still had to wait 45 minutes for my job to be completed. A 2-hour job with a set appointment time turned into 7 hours.I think if you show up without an appointment you jump to the head of the line. And obviously, the staff needs to be better trained on providing proactive customer service updates.

I had a slow leak in one tire. Asked them to fix it.They came back and said I need 4 new tires. I have 80,000 mile tires and only 30,000 miles on them .According to big O (sell every customer new tires chart) they were below tread wear and could not be repaired. I could get 1 new tire for almost 200.00 . So I went to Walmart 15.00 they fixed it.

Just go to discount tire.Spent $1500 here on 4 tires, 2 of which have high road force balance and truck shakes a lot at high speeds. Instead of trying to manufacture warranty the two bad tires or even just the one really bad tire, they tried to sell me into some $2000 tires when I have less than 10,000 miles on the current set. Even though I’ve been in multiple times for the shaking tires. There was no effort to reach out to manufacturer for a warranty…Previous visits here have had a similar customer experiences, going to discount tire from now on.
