I’m honestly very disappointed, I decided to choose to switch banks due to my current bank ALWAYS having issues. I was told to try Chase as they are great but require an appointment to open an account. This far I’ve called 4 times over 2 days at different times and cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule. Not really encouraging me to join Chase.**Edit**I was able to get in and they provided me great customer service. I’ve now been on service with them 1 year and love it.

The tellers at this bank location are absolutely amazing. I've been there a couple times before and they were always super nice but this last time really sealed the deal in my writing a review. There were two tellers who helped me with getting a cashier's check to pay my rent. This was my first time ever getting a cashier's check and it was really stressful because it was last minute since my apartment would only let me pay so many times in 24 hours. The tellers helped me work through my lease to figure out where the check was paid to and didn't make me feel like I was any bother when I kept crying because I was stressed and frustrated. A third teller came by towards the end of the ordeal and had remembered me from another time I came in and asked me about my dog. These people are truly amazing and I love this location.

Super unhelpful staff. They didn’t want to help me so they said it would take an hour to open an account. I said no it takes 10 minutes I already have an account here and want to add another one. I opted NOT to do business with Chase after this.

Coved was responsible for us to change banks. The branch we dealt with closed permanently. We felt lucky Chase Bank was close by and we transferred all our accounts. I pay my bills over the Bill Pay. I also like to see the line items on my current month Debit card plus A Chase Bank Credit Card - Amazon. The Home page is so cluttered its difficult to find these accounts to peruse. I found the Debit Card however it only shows the last month's details not the current. This makes it harder to fallow your money The Amazon account I have never found.

The parking lot isn't as bad as you would think, but don't even think about trying to go north out of the parking lot across Gantzel. The bank itself is ... well a bank. The employees are friendly, social distancing is enforced and aside from giving away free money they have all of your banking needs met.

Constant problems. Someone keeps hacking into my account or something. They sent me a temp card that never arrived. Still blame me for whatever. My deposited money into a chase atm never showed. Too much stress. This bank isn't worth the stress seizures

I opened a business account and a personal account with them along with my kids (on separate occasions) my wife also does business with Chase. Our guy Steve Flores was the one who has helped us setup our accounts, but goes above and beyond line of duty. He made sure my kids understood the benefits and also the risks of opening an account, all the different options, all the functions of the app, etc. and he does it in a way that anyone can understand. He is a very humorous, intelligible, amicable kind of person that everyone likes to meet. Thanks guys!

Closing my chase account! This is the 3rd time I've woken up to all of my transaction scrambled and my account was at $31 last night but am negative $280 this morning! No explanation where it went or what caused me to go over and every time I call they play d*** and just keep reading over my statement and refuse to escalate me to anyone. I have 2 babies under 2 on a very tight budget and I cannot afford to have a bank play with my money!!!!!!!!
