I travel an extra 10 miles to the Fry's Marketplace on Combs and Ganzel\Ironwood because I prefer their selection and customer service. Bypassing a Fry's that's just 5 minutes from my house.But today (3/17/24) I was SO frustrated to see that the sour cream that I purchased on 3/14/24 had an expiration date of 2/3/24.It was one of many on the shelf when I purchased it, so I didn't think to check the date before getting it. It's a good thing I checked today (3/17/24) before using it.I notified the store. They offered a replacement for free, which was nice, but it's annoying that keep spoiled food on the shelf, that they don't have a process \ policy in place to prevent this from happening! Hello, food poisoning!

Fry’s always has great variety of all types of products from groceries down the supplements all the way to make up and medicines. Not all Fry’s are created equal though.

we have been going to this location since we moved out here over seven years ago. its always been amazing but recently its become an absolute nightmare. no matter what time or day i go there are ridiculous lines with only one or two actual registers open. theyve incorporated the self checkout lanes which are an absolute joke. its nearly impossible to checkout without the help and assistance of an employee. nothing efficient about these systems.

You have amazing staff that I'm not sure how they put up with the lack of brain power that goes into the planning of cashier staffing. Nearly every Friday morning I see several people just trying to get their shopping done. Get in and out of the store before work. Every time there is a lone cashier trying to tread water amongst the group of people trying to check out. Fry's upper management/ owners....do better. I love your store because of the kind people and reasonably decent prices but to put a lone cashier on amongst a gang of self check out (that never works correctly) or none at all is asinine.

Always over crowded no matter the time of day. Good prices though. Not many checkers and you have to wait in lines down the aisle to do self checkout.

Always busy here, only two bad this are that most sale items are usually sold out fast and that for some reason every person in a family uses a cart even the kids with the small kids. Love kids, but when a family of 4 needs 4 carts in one isle gets a bit much for as busy as the store is. Employees are always great and store is always clean.

My favorite store. Convenient, friendly, and helpful staff. They have directories all over to look up where an item is. Or you can ask anyone, and they can tell you where it is or they'll take you right to it.

Where to begin with this the staff at this store.. I went into the store because i was doing instant cart. I had a few items that were gifted to me so I figured I would return them while I was there. Eva wouldn’t let me return them. she acted like I stole the item. I explained that it was a gift and she was completely rude.I continue to do Instacart and Sue had a bad attitude with me because I was doing Instacart and I had 3 orders. She was rolling her eyes and tells the customer behind me that it was best if they went to another register because it was going to be awhile. When Sue got to the second order she scanned my phone, then she started scanning the items. Sue then looked at her screen, called Eva and told her to void the transaction. When the sue went back to scan my phone she said it shows that the transaction was completed and then went on saying that it wasn’t her fault!! I waited over an hour to get this situation resolved and neither the Sue or Eva was any help!! Sue, wasted more time redirecting the people in line then she was concerned about the order in front of her. And Eva had very bad customer service skills.
