Not public courts and the people were extremely rude explaining that.

Nicely maintained court. This Gem is best enjoyed in the evening. This location has twin courts one seemed to be mostly used for pickle ball and the other for tennis. The pickle ball nets are commercial grade portable. So they can be moved. See ya out there!!

I would rather they be dedicated pickleball courts!

Love the positive changes in our community! New management company is doing a great job keeping things in order, keeping the property maintained and enforcing the CC&Rs!

Who doesn't live Johnson Ranch. Plenty of recreation and actual planned activities for kids AND adults. I move in here 8 years ago and was lucky enough to get a 4 bed 2 bath den and desperate dinning room. Two car garage for lease of $900/mo. Great timing and great community. Walker Butte is a good grade school but there are no good high schools in the area.

2 tennis courts convert into 4 pickleball courts at designated times. Johnson Ranch needs dedicated pickleball courts. Renters are leaving JR and home owners are moving to areas with dedicated tennis and p. ball courts.

Common sense would be a start in terms of improvement. Even as HOAs go, First Residential is about as lame as they come. Rules are rules and we all get it but the little money making scheme they came up with at the Board Meeting in December takes the cake. Find minor infractions, fine the residents, apply zero logic

Nice courts shared between tennis and pickleball.

New management sucks! Worst HOA ever not willing to work with residents, don’t waste your time here unless your willing to hire an attorney!
