Awesome experience. I went in and they helped me get a great deal on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. They knew basically everything I asked questions about and got everything quickly set up hassle free. I highly recommend the duo that was working today.

Ryan lied and took advantage of my grandma! He added charges without any permission! If I didn't notice in time that would have been the rent money for her just gone and he could careless!Please please please be careful!!!!!! This store gives TMOBILE a bad reputation!! And they do NOT care about you whatsoever!!!

Do not, I repeat, do not come to this location for assistance. I came in the week after Thanksgiving to upgrade my phone. I was told that they were still offering the Black Friday promotions. The first was getting my new Pixel 8 Pro for free with trade in. The next was if I updated my watch to a Pixel watch I would get a rebate for the Pixel buds pro. I agreed to the promotion. I was told they didn't have the Pixel Buds in stock, so he would be calling around to different stores to see if someone has them in stock and would get back to me. A few days go by and I hadn't heard anything. I called back in and not only had nothing been done, but the person who helped me hadn't worked since that day and didn't pass on any information. The new person then informed me that it was my responsibility to call around and go pick it up. He did agree to call for me, but then I had to go and pick them up myself, which honestly I just wouldn't have bothered had the initial sales person been up front. Now, fast forward to a month later and I have not received a mailer or label to send my phone back, nor my promotional rebate for the pixel buds. I called in customer service and found out that the salesperson never submitted the promotions. Now, here I am, 40 minutes still on the phone getting this sorted out. I've already been charged for everything for the first billing cycle and have to wait 12 weeks for the rebate and another month for the trade-in credit. Additionally, the rebate wasn't actually for the full amount of the ear buds, only $150. So not only did he not do his job correctly, but he lied about the amount of the rebate. I didn't need a new watch, I already had a Sumsung watch, but didn't have an issue with getting an updated watch and earbuds, but had I known I'd be dealing with this a month later I would have just paid $200 for the buds myself.

It is the most confusing visit I have ever had, they put on my bill what they wanted without me asking for it. I got my bill home and when I saw it I was surprised, I called tmbile directly and they helped remove what the guy at the store put in extra without consulting.

Tried to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and went through 3 days of hell. Then went here and Rae fixed everything in 15 minutes! Genius and pleasant and just a wonder! She deserves a big raise!!

Where do I begin? Here's the deal. I am on a call with tmobile. And even as I'm typing this, I'm finding they aded a tablet I don't even own to my plan!!! They also add protection plans and change your plan in order to justify adding more services to your plan so the salesperson and the store gets good commissions.I usually get Apple care with all my devices because I used to work for Apple, and I am aware first hand how they really put customers first, and how easy and seamless their service is when you need them. But this store adds their 360 protection plan to all my devices without my knowledge!!! And I find out once I try to add Apple Care!!! To add insult to injury, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to add Apple Care after they have added 360 protection and you remove it. I have THREE devices they have done this to, and so now is something happens to those devices, there is no recourse except to pay FULL PRICE for replacement!!! They also changed my plan, after they PROMISED it would remain the same, and now I am paying more!!!!They also promised two lines would be free if I addd two lines, and now I am finding out the two lines are in fact NOT free!!!!Overall, I am LIVID and thinking of moving over to Verizon or AT&T over this, after being with them for almost 9 years!!!!Let me add that T-Mobile is excellent as a service provider and whenever I call, they treat me fairly and offer all the help they can provide. But it is the stores that are after their commissions and sales numbers, and so that why they add and move lans as they see with our regard to customers.I hope there is enough if us in this situation for a class action lawsuit such as happened to Wells Fargo for adding products and services to customers accounts. I will research and find a Tmobile store that is an ACTUAL T-Mobile store, and I will o all of my upgrades, changes adding lines there. Never ever will I visit a third party T-Mobile store again, unless its to browse the newest phones out...... If that!

THIS IS NOT A TMOBILE STORE. this is a “connectivity” store. So they will charge you more, open up lines you don’t need, not run the same promos etc. save yourself the time and headache by calling tmobile directly and finding a true tmobile store.

Just went in to upgrade and it was one of the most confusing experiences I have ever had at a retail store. The young woman there was humming to herself and didn't explain anything to me about my options for apple care or other accessories. She didn't give us a receipt for anything we had to ask. It was truly a bizarre experience. I'd stay away from this store as it's actually a connectivity source store and I would 10/10 recommend going to an actual t mobile ran store.

I went in this week to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me was really nice, but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. He offered to order it for me for arrival in 2 or 3 days (Saturday or Sunday), which was fine, but I did tell him I wanted it asap. When I got the confirmation emails, I found out it won't be delivered until Monday, it requires a signature, and of course, no one will be home. What happened to exceeding a customers expectations?? I don't subscribe to "the customer's always right" philosophy because usually they are idiots, but when the sales associate sets the wrong expectation, you can't blame the customer for being annoyed. ?
