Rented a truck from there. I returned it and locked the keys inside the truck by accident. You would think they would have a second key but didn't. They were so clueless and didn't know what to do. There were a couple of managers that came but the rental area, never had the decency to talk to me about the problem at hand. I actually have integrity and said and got a locksmith after they couldn't decide as a corporation on what to do. Handle your business!!!

I contacted Home depot referral service about having 6 26 x 30 inch window screens replaced there on the first floor with easy access. The frames are in excellent condition. I spoke with several contractors about pricing. The minimum hours rate I was quoted was $230 for the first two hours then $115 per hour per hour after that. When I asked how long it would take to complete rescreening one window they said an estimated 45 minutes. WHAT? I worked in construction I could replace a 26 x 30 inch screen is 20 minutes. NO THANKS I do it myself.

Buyer beware! I purchased an LG refrigerator on Nov 26th. It is now Dec 19th and I still have not received the fridge. Multiple back and forth calls and chats online. Multiple reschedules with conflicting excuses (fridge on truck but driver had mechanical issues, reschedule, fridge not on truck even though we could track the driver's stops, fridge at LG, fridge at HD warehouse, fridge scheduled, fridge not scheduled). I even went to the store to speak with a manager who reviewed all the notes and call the warehouse herself. She told me it would be delivered Dec 19th. I called this morning and the "delivery company" had no record for delivery today. Very very poor communication and tired of getting the run around. Cancelled order and have to wait 3-5 days for refund because "they need to verify the fridge was returned to warehouse". They can't even confirm it was anywhere! Pretty sure I'll be fighting for this refund too. Bottom line, avoid delivery if you can!

Buyer Beware! The Home Depot is happy to take your money, just don't encounter any problems. After one of their "agents" botched our refrigerator install, we call The Home Depot's customer care line. We called on Wednesday and had an appointment to correct the issue on Friday. Friday morning I again called customer care to verify my appointment and they gave me a 4 hour window. Long after that window passed and still no repair people. I called the San Tan store, the manager did some digging and told me I was never on Friday's schedule. He referred me back to customer care. After getting disconnected multiple times (no call backs despite having my number), they told me they couldn't come out until next week. In summary, once The Home Depot and their delivery agent got paid, the issue was my problem. The level of I don't care I encountered was staggering. My recommendation is for your next appliance purchase try Costco or Lowe's!

It's home depot. Same as you would expect at any other home dept. The location is newer and the staff are great. The staff I spoke with work at multiple locations so they didn't know where the products were however they had the resources to locate them easily available.

In regards to the kids DIY last Saturday, we had a horrible experience. We signed up and showed up and they were out of kits. There needs to be a way to communicate to the parents via email or text that they are out of kits. Or if you sign up, then it should matter or mean something and you should get a kit. Very poorly executed. Lowe's did a fantastic job of coordinating theirs.

This place was great when it first opened but over the last few months - 2023 August, Sept, Oct it has gone quite a bit down hill. I asked for help with getting 4x8 plywood unbound that was on a second shelf. When one of the cashiers asked an older gentleman to help me cut those he rolled his eyes and audibly signed and without saying a single word to me walked over, cut them, and walked away. Not that I would expect an older man to help me get them down but at least ask if I needed help to call someone. Another customer ended up helping me load my cart.

We came in today to return an item and found everyone extremely busy with customers, computer problems and a phone that never - ever - stops ringing. How these dear Souls do not go crazy and walk out is beyond me. Katie jumped in and helped us out with speed and professionalism. Katie and her entire crew are an asset to this company. These hard working people need more help, a raise or both. Give them all an additional two week paid vacation also. Thank you again Katie for helping me with my return. You rock!

Excellent customer service at this location, George was wonderful and very helpful. All the employees were nice. We were able to find everything we needed, and got a handle/deadbolt rekeyed in 10 minutes! Thanks for the great service.

No Apple Pay Home Depot credit card not accepted without the actual card being present asked manager for assistance to look up my account did not accept digital id. Closing manager very smug and enjoyed my frustration.

Jasmine, The Manager on hunt highway. It is so disappointing to know that you are a manager and that you do not know what a HOME IMPROVER card is. Than to laugh at me on the phone a interegate my husband and accuse him of lieing that we have a card as it doesn't EXIST. I understand,I shouldnt exspect racism. I truly felt it from you and the lack of professionalism. WOW ? you shouldn't be a manager, if you don't understand the process or have knowledge of what cards you have or provide.Going to Lowe's where I'm treated better.

Couldn't find anyone to help me in the department I was in had to walk down three other departments to find someone and they said wait I'll get you someone that's someone never showed up so I walked out. Home Depot in this area was well needed, but they never staffed their store to help all the people coming in. So if you know what you need and you know where it's at you're in good shape.
