This clinic should be avoided by everyone!!My daughter is very sick and we made an appointment so that she could be seen.My daughter got sick in the parking lot and they were 8 minutes late getting in due to that.They were then told that they would not be seen because they have a 7 minute policy. They turned away my sick little girl because of that.I called them and they were extremely rude and had zero compassion.To the very rude woman I spoke to,I hope you have the day that you deserve!

I visited this week for a concern I have been having that could be a scary result. I went into this emotional and scared of what could be my reality. I expressed my stress and even teared up, the nurse practitioner showed no empathy and made me feel like an inconvenience. She did not make me feel heard or care about how this was a emotional moment for me. Very cold and made me feel like an awkward phone call you did not know how to hang up on. I understand she deals with people all day who probably assume the worst and turns out it is nothing but me a young woman I would hope she made an effort to make me feel seen and safe. Very disappointed.

Had an appointment for 10:15. Checked in on the kiosk but there was no employee at the desk to help with anything. There is a massive line of people waiting to be checked in. I have been here for 30 minutes and there is no sign of life. I haven't seen a provider or any other employee over here. The appointment before be has been waiting here for 45 minutes and has not seen anybody either.

The NP I saw had great bedside manner but the receptionist, Jesenia, needs to find a different career. As the first face sick people see you'd think she would be a little more welcoming. FYI, I was a walk-in. I was greeted with a big smile by Savannah. She told me up front that there was a short way between 10 and 15 minutes, then explained how to use the pad to register. The NP, Megan, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and empathetic. I understand that some people have written negative reviews as far as having to wait long or they've come in for things that are not routine and should be taken to the ER instead, but I'm not going to blame the Little Clinic for those situations. I'll surely feel confident visiting them again!

Well the from being lied to from showing them my insurance card to service I received being as sick as I was, they did nothing for me but tell me to get over the counter medicine, now let me tell you all I knew I was really sick and went into a second doctor's office and was prescribed four different types of medications from being sick when this location didn't care to help but send me a 200 hundred dollar bill after being told by the employees at the desk that they do take my insurance... absolutely floors me how knowledgeable this employee was to give wrong information to a sick patient in time where I needed help... fast forward after being seen in other facilities and being treated the right way I left it alone till I got this 200 dollar bill... I called and take a guess I was told to call my insurance and have them fix it which I tried but they told me this Little Clinic needed to do a pre authorization which they didn't do why because there not trained to do there jobs right... talking to the customer service part the 800 number I was told she was taking everything done and that the only one that could fix all this and make the bill go away was a supervisor but I needed to wait for one to call me back, a few days passes and I received a call from Cherri Gettis a supervisor take another guess that was not at all helpful... Little Clinic is absolutely horrible from one end of employees to there supervisor that called me... I would say if you get sick or need to see a health care provider DO NOT GO TO THE LITTLE CLINIC IN SAN TAN VALLEY ARIZONA you will be lied to and sent a bill....BIG FAIL

I read all the negative reviews of the uncaring, rude receptionist, starts with a "J" I believe. That's all the info I need. I won't bother with them. Thanks for the honest reviews ?. It helps in making decisions of where to go. No one wants a disgruntled employee who hates her job taking it out on patients who are ill.

I went for a check up and went through all the paperwork only to be told they can’t see me because they were booked up but yet there was no one. The first question should have been do you have any apt and if not we are booked. They just don’t want to do their job and are there to collect a check, ppl like this are why ppl stop respecting the rest of them.

I was blown away at how kind the nurse & Dr were. I had to go in on Christmas Eve and I felt incredibly sick. They were so patient & kind and took their time.
