Went there this week after my phone suddenly stopped working. Even though the store was close to closing for the day, Mckenna was able to get my phone working again. She was friendly, helpful and understanding and never complained about my late visit. I would definitely come back to this store for help. Thanks!

Great people to deal with. They were very considerate of my situation and not having Internet and we were able to find a solution if you live in an RV or travel, trailer, or a location where Internet is not ran go talk to them about their jet pack.

Walked in today to get home internet and replace iPhone 14. Two people working with customers, waited 22 minutes before walking out. No greetings or a simple “ hey should only be a few more minutes. When companies don’t recognize they have customers that walked in, then it’s time find a company that cares. I would have waited an hour if they had at least said hi and gave us an estimated time.

If you want to go to a storeThat could care less that your phone never works in your home or neighborhood, and provides the absolute worst customer service. My friend this is the store for you. Customer service is definitely not a priority here! Also the sales people are so entitled they think you can’t hear them when they talk trash about you. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this store. Could be cause we’re African American… who knows!

DO NOT WORK WITH BRI if you go here! Unfortunately, her mistake has cost me about $300 dollars so far, 6 hours of phone calls, a 3-month process that still isn't completed, a trip to the Verizon store and just an ongoing headache. We went in on small business Saturday after black Friday to upgrade a phone and when they said you get free internet we said why not. Turns out she inputted it incorrectly, so about two billing cycles later I realized that it in fact wasn't "free" and yes, I double checked, and it should've been. This entailed a trip to the Verizon store, where I was told 1.) I'd have to pay a restocking fee 2.) They couldn't fix it and then lastly 3.) Due to the 60-day return window being over I would have to call corporate. The person I spoke with reassured me that she'd have her manager reach out (never got that phone call), but to also call Corporate. Well three calls and three months later to corporate I am still waiting on a shipping label so I can return the router, so I don't also get charged for the router. My internet is suspended so that is great, but I'll have to extend it here soon if I don't get the router back. All she had to do was her job and now unfortunately I'm responsible for the mess. It'd be different if the store itself took responsibility and corrected the mistake, but that was not the case.

The Verizon sales persons were over the top! There were three of us purchasing phones, and he was able to get us all set up. Very very impressive! Wish all service would be as easy as it was at Verizon.

Personable employees with technical expertise with the phone I brought in , BLACK Screen and no way to access the apps. The employees are very knowledgeable of workings on the phones. I felt like I could count on them to assess the problem and offer a best suggestion to fix the issue!】

I had an issue with my new Z Flip 5 and was hesitant because a Verizon corporate store blew me off a couple of days earlier.. Luckily, Kaleb was able to take care of my issue by finally talking to a level 4 Verizon company tech to figure out the solution. He was patient and professional. He printed a hard copy receipt for me for the new SIM card I needed.

Shady! We went in to upgrade our phones and the representative added an additional line to each of our phones without our knowledge or consent. The representative Thomas I believe “helped” us. Now our bill is reflecting the additional lines and I’ve made several contacts to Verizon and our bill is still not resolved. The representative that helped us lacks integrity. By looking at the other reviews, this place knows dang well what is going on here and has yet to take corrective action.

I had a horrible experience upgrading my phone. I went into the store interested in upgrading to a pixel 7. As we were talking I asked some questions about the pixel watch, without seriously expecting to walk out of the store with one. The representative said there was "a deal" where the phone would come with a pixel watch for free. So we went for it. It wasn't until the agent was halfway into settings up the new phone that I realized that he had pulled a 7 pro without telling me that that was the phone included in the plan, not the phone that I had asked for. In addition, I made it a point to ask the agent several times if the deal could be for an upgraded line, not a new line, and I was assured that the deal would apply to an upgrade. Fast forward to when we are checking out, the agent takes the new phone to another table and starts applying the liquid screen protector, which I did not ask for or consent to get, but it was halfway on and couldn't be stopped at that point. I was assured that it was part of "the deal", along with a wall plug. On my bill that day, I ended up paying full price for both of those things, so they were not part of any "deal." Fast forward to when we get out next bill, in addition to upgrading the current line, the agent had added a whole other line to my bill for the SAME phone. Also, the phone upgrade caused my data plan to increase, which was never communicated in the terms of agreement for the data plan. In addition, we are seeing the same one time fees for the device setup that we already paid in the store now on our monthly bill, and there are other monthly fees associated with getting the watch which were not explained to me before making the purchase. This "deal" was not explained to me at all, I spent over 3 hours in the Verizon store that day, and now I have to fight with Verizon corporate about the fees on my bill. This was not a transparent process, the seller should be making sure that the customer is aware of what they are paying for when they are trying to make a sale.
