I waited 45 mins and they sent it to a differnet pharmacy. This has happened every time 3x they never have my script and they never get it done correctly.

This pharmacy is super slow and just unacceptable. I don't blame the staff as they are nonstop and look very stressed. Walgreens needs to do better and hire them some help. After spending 40+ minutes in the waiting room, I have a a lot more respect for these employees who are constantly dealing with angry people.

Extremely disappointed after my experience at your store this morning! I was asked twice to open a credit card for $35, no. And then the clerk asked me if I’m “up-to-date on my shots?” How is this NOT a violation of HIPAA laws?! My medical status, what I do to my body, my business. You have NO right to be asking every person in line about their vaccination status!

They are supposedly a fedex drop location. But they sent me across the street after waiting 10 minutes to see if their machine would work. 2 stars only because the lady was nice about it. If it's not a service they can provide they should stop wasting people's time and stop advertising that they are a FedEx drop.

BEWARE!! People, check your prescriptions, make sure the pills in it are yours!! First, I received someone else's prescription in with my 2 bottles, with someone else's name and address on it! I took it back, talked to the Pharmacy Manager Brittany, and the Store Manager Stephanie. They just said sorry, we're only human. Second, and most important, my medicine of Prednisone was in his bottle that had his name on it!! His medicine was supposed to be Eliquis, a medicine to prevent blood clots, to prevent a stroke, or heart attach!! If he would have picked up his medicine the day before, he would have taken Prednisone instead of his blood clot medicine!! This is a serious mistake!!! He could have gotten a blood clot, possibly had a stroke, or heart attack, and maybe died!!!I can't believe this happened!! We are supposed to trust the Pharmacists to give us the proper drugs, and not put our lives in jeopardy!! I am changing pharmacies!! (I could not post without putting a star, which I would not give them any star!!)

The pharmacy side: The worst service I've experienced. My doctor's office switched me (and I was more than happy to let them) to another pharmacy after they had issues as well. I hadn't even picked up my first prescription from them!Spent over 20 minutes on hold, them picking up and putting me back on hold.. rinse and repeat. The final time they picked up, didn't put me back on hold and I sat there listening to them chat in the background, hoping someone would finally talk to me. When I said 'hello?' back I went on hold. My doctor's office experienced much the same.In person it was no better. They seem to try to keep busy (maybe to avoid having to deal with the public?) and don't have a care in the world about their customers.Find somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Poor service all around. My husband got a reminder to refill his script. Called to refill it. Then called again to verify that it was ready for pickup. They said it was. I went to pick it up for him. Waited 45 min in the drive thru line behind only 3 other cars. Got to the window for the lady to tell me they reshelved his script because we didn't pick it up in time even though we called to verify it was ready for pickup only a few hours earlier. Then they told me I would have to wait another hour and acted irritated that I didn't want to wait until tomorrow for my pickup. Even though it was their mistake. They are unfriendly and not accommodating at all. They never seem like they have any idea what's going on .

This is the worst run pharmacy. The wait time at the drive thru at my local pharmacy is always 30 minutes. Mistakes are constantly made on my refill prescriptions. They faxed refill requests to my doctors office to one of their PAs who is on a maternity leave and no phone calls were olaced thus the refills were never done. The Walgreens app does not work properly and does not show my prescriptions. They have my last name spelled wrong on the app and I cannot change it. The location closest to my home is closed for a lunch break because they are understaffed. Unfortunately I have to go to Walgreens per my insurance provider.

This is the worst pharmacy on the face of the planet, I used CVS for years and I'm going back, Walgreens has to working from Neanderthal times. For years my doctor would send what ever my prescription was to CVS and there was never any discrepancy, I just moved to Johnson Ranch recently and chose this pharmacy out of convenience and what a mistake that was, ever since I have used this pharmacy every time there is an issue, every time literally. I don't understand the incompetence every single time, what a freaking headache, I want to scream at these people every time I deal with them. I have been coming in here over a year you would think you can figure it out, update your system cause what ever you are working with isn't cutting it, peace I'm out!

I've been using this Walgreens for years. There aren't many options in my area. Every single month, I have problems with them and my monthly prescriptions. I had to call them 3 times in the last few days about the same issue. Today I was on hold for nearly an hour for the same reason. They never improve. I have Type 1 Diabetes and other health issues and I can never trust them to get things right. So frustrating!!!! It's ridiculous for them to continue to be this way.

This place is horrible customer service , everything. My son had surgery on his ears and needed his drops they have been out of it for a week I have been calling for days trying to get it switched somewhere else everytime I call they put me on hold answer and back on hold answers and back on hold without saying anything I can hear them doing this 7-10 times in a row, so I end up hanging up calling again the next day, same thing.

Absolutely positively do not use this Pharmacy! They mess everything up from insurance to pick up times to availability! Then if you express your displeasure, without cursing without rudeness just expressing your displeasure after holding for nearly 25 minutes they will just hang up on you! Do not use this Pharmacy ever ever

Unbelievably slow pharmacy. Even if they tell you your prescription is ready, after waiting 45 minutes in line, they still will take at least 10 minutes to grab your prescription that was supposedly "ready". I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
