People at the pharmacy were very accommodating of me and so helpful. They didn't have to rush out my script to help me, but they did. And they were so very kind to me about it. This week has been a disaster and even that little bit of kindness made such a huge difference in my life.I did purchase from the store as well and the cashier was warm and friendly.Been in here many times and everyone is always great to me. Not sure what the horrendous reviews are about. I love this walgreens

talking to the pharmacy is like talking to a box of rocks, only the rocks can only answer you with “i dont know” because that’s the harsh truth. They don’t know anything; Had three scrips to fill post-procedure, pharmacist said one was out of stock, but when i called my insurance to ask them to get them to fill the other two, suddenly walgreens found more of the pain meds they were “out of”. What the Heck. Then they gave me the wrong scrip anyways. I suppose they must think that’s a huge success or something, since it seems to be a common occurrence

Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Numerous medications I have to take on the regular, or I could have very bad reactions to it. My family in total has 40 scripts at this place. We will be taking them out effective immediately. EVERY SINGLE LOCATION, SAME PROBLEM

The worst pharmacy experience ever! We haven’t lived here in AZ long and I am just shocked! I was in the Emergency Room until about 3:30am this morning. First, I can’t believe that the Walgreens pharmacy here don’t open until 9am. Went at 8am and had to go back home and come back at 9am. My prescription which was sent in from the Emergency Room was not ready and would not be ready until 11am! I was supposed to take it early because of the amount of pain I am in! Went back home and came back to the drive through. I pushed the button on the box and the lady told me off for doing so. I had no idea I wasn’t supposed to press the button for help. My bad. Then when she finally helped me, I learned that my prescription wasn’t ready still and would not be ready until about 3pm! Not only am I in so much pain, I am irritated and frustrated! I call the ER that I was in and told them. Luckily, there was something to help me that I could buy over the counter. I rushed inside to find it and was having a problem finding it. I asked a lady there (very short and bigger lady) which I didn’t get her name so I apologize for the description, and instead of taking me to the item, rudely told me where to look. I still couldn’t find it so went back to her again and told her. Instead of helping me, another lady had to go show me where to look. Is it so hard for employees to actually help customers these days? She was so wrapped up in her personal conversation with the other employee that I was obviously interrupting! So frustrating! How does Walgreens get away with making their customers wait so long for their prescriptions? This is horrible! I will be changing pharmacy’s Now I understand why so many people on Social Media complain about this place!

The main pharmacy staff lady blonde hair with glasses and slim treated my father horribly will be following up with my attorney. This was a week ago she was degrading him and making him feel like he was nothing. She was embarrassing him in front of everyone you will be hearing from our family attorney. Nobody should be treated horribly. She also was talking/yelling/snapping. I hope you have video footage my lawyer will be requesting that.

I've been using this Walgreens for years. There aren't many options in my area. Every single month, I have problems with them and my monthly prescriptions. I had to call them 3 times in the last few days about the same issue. Today I was on hold for nearly an hour for the same reason. They never improve. I have Type 1 Diabetes and other health issues and I can never trust them to get things right. So frustrating!!!! It's ridiculous for them to continue to be this way.Update: Walgreens sends me numerous texts every week saying that my prescriptions are ready to pick up. I keep going to the pharmacy and they don't have said prescriptions ready at all. Instead, they hand me refills of things I didn't call in yet. And the texts keep coming day after day about the ones they still don't have ready. Clearly the processing center and their locations are never on the same page, which is ridiculous and maddening. Their automated system for refills is also not working well. I can barely get through to ask for refills anymore. Every single thing is so flawed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is consistently problems at this pharmacy. The techs are rude and condescending. Pharmacy manager is rude and should be replaced. The staff takes zero accountability for their actions, they are disrespectful and they lie. Was at the ER today and needed my two prescriptions and they messed them up and then covered it with problems with my insurance. I called my insurance and they stated they never received a claim for one of them. Actual story they submitted it to the wrong insurance, Pharm manager admitted she had just ran it at 8:55 PM. These meds were sent over around 11:30! I understand making a mistake but flat out lying and not admitting you messed up is a manager problem not a customer problem.

I had a couple of good experiences with this pharmacy but the last two were horrible. A few days ago they claim they never got my prescription for some pre-op medication. Had to call the doctors while I was in line to have them resend the prescription. Next day I get a text that they only have two of my three post-op medications and I would have to wait a couple of days for one to be in stock. I call the direct number to see if I can get it transferred to a location that has it in stock since I was supposed to start taking it at noon. After 20 minutes on hold, my call gets routed to a main call center and the person says there is nothing she can do to help me. I then get transferred to the store and have to wait another 10 minutes to be told they do in fact have the medication but I can't get it until 5:30pm. Not sure how they stay in business doing this kind of stuff. Never seen so many bad yelp reviews, now I know why.

i'm so irritated mainly with the pharmacy. i went in this afternoon to pick up my prescription and i was told it'd take about an hour and a half to get it filled. ok, cool, i can live with that. i go in an hour and a half later, hand over my insurance and then i'm told since they didn't know if i was paying with cash or insurance, it was put at the back of the queue and it would be ready at 3. it was 12:40 at that point. fast forward to the THIRD time visiting this f****** pharmacy today, i go through the drive-thru (which took 20 minutes on it's own) and i'm told that they don't have it in stock, and that Friday would be the soonest they have it. no one could tell me that when i showed up the FIRST time????? what a waste of my whole f****** day
