Prescriptions not filled for days, even new scripts sent in by your physician.Constantly being overcharged because the pharmacists aren't doing their jobs correctly.Being told they can't get drugs because of shortages, that's an outright lie, I've asked all my doctors, there is no shortage of the drugs I am prescribed. Then they suggest you ask your doctor for a different drug, seriously??Being told your insurance company doesn't cover a drug and paying for it only to find out they do and it should have been free.Constant change of employees that don't know what they are doing, especially the ones that ring you up, they know nothing and can't answer any question, can you say "training issue"?When they've messed up, surprisingly you don't get a survey...hmmmmWhen you report a bad experience in a survey and ask to be contacted, you never hear from them.Online refill program is full of bugs and does not work correctly.Auto fill on my prescription set it up to refill after I actually ran out of my drug!A pharmacist telling you they have 700 drugs in the queue to fill and think that that is the patients concern after requesting them 5 days prior.If this isn't the only preferred pharmacy by your insurance, go somewhere else. Even the pharmacy mangers change too often.If management worked on the big issues that force patients/customers to call, maybe the pharmacists could focus on their jobs. What a concept right?This would be a great place to have a competent running pharmacy Walmart!

I've never had any issues at this pharmacy. A lot of pharmacies are short staffed, but this one has given me the most help and time. The staff and pharmacist are always polite and welcoming. Sometimes my prescriptions are back ordered a day or two but I'm always alerted.

Listen to me .. the Pharmacist in San Tan in Walmart is the DEVIL!!! Her name is Kate. She has tried to “racially profile” me and also tried to add an alert to my account! She is awful, rude, and could care less about her job! She does NOT seem to want to even help people - so why would she even work there. I pray they fire her and give her job to someone who is a little more present!Shame on Kate and Walmart.. as not all help is good help and she does not have any “good” in her ice cold veins!

I have tried a bunch of different pharmacies but it always takes longer and is more difficult than at this walmart.The employees are always nice, working as fast as possible, and try their best to solve my problems. Not everything is perfect but nothing in life is! Thank you!

Walmart has run out of my pain medication for 2 months in a row so if you need your medication on time I would not recommend Walmart on hunt hwy.

Called once, found out they hadn't received my prescriptions, no big deal. Called my doctor, had the prescriptions re sent. Gave it an hour and then called Walmart Pharmacy again. The girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissed us without even checking her systems like we were an annoyance. I've moved my prescriptions over to a non Walmart pharmacy and will be recommending that my friends and family do the same.Absolutely unprofessional. Take your prescriptions someplace else.

Doctor prescribed my wife some medicine, pharmacy declined it thinking it was fake. Wife is in a lot of pain, doctor called in to confirm.

Multiple tines now this location has received a script to be filled from either my doctor of my kids' doctor for various different ailments and doesn't notify me that it is out of stock. Most recently my 4 year old had pink eye and I went hours later to get the eye drops and they were out of stock and unwilling to look what other Walmart pharmacy has them in stock or at least call as soon as they realize so I can find other arrangements. UNACCEPTABLE

I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my daughter. No cars, no line, and they answered their intercom promptly. Technician was very helpful with the questions I asked her and was able to answer them. The only thing that I may suggest for the pharmacy is for them to offer a variety of different flavor additives to put into the medications for children. My daughter likes a certain flavor and it's hard to get her to try new medicine with a flavor she is not used to. Other than that, the customer service I received was great. The pharmacy staff are nothing like the stores staff which don't know their left from their right (San Tan).

We sat in line while we were told that they would be right with us. We watched them served three other cars. I had to repeatedly Press the call button. Terrible terrible service

The Walmart Pharmacy on Hunt Highway is so helpful. I love the text I get reminding me that it is time to fill my renewal. I respond "yes" and they fill it and then send a text when it is ready.

Chris did an amazing job helping me tonight. She went above and beyond bringing me out my medication because it wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. Waited patiently while I got my insurance card ready. 100 times better than fry's pharmacy.
