I Purchased a Vizio flat screen tv , sound bar and surround sound mid October 2023. I left the house November 9th and returning January 18 2024. I always unplug the surge protector just incase when leaving. When returning I plugged the surge protector back in and everything worked great, couple days later tv would not turn on I found that the power cord was defective and went to Walmart to swap out for a new one and was told I would have to buy it as it was over one Month old. I did and it solved the problem. It was only 10:00, but wouldn't you think after spending close to 500:00 dollars they could have given me one, sending the defective cord back to Vizio. I called corporate and they told me the same thing. Over 10:00 Walmart has lost a customer.

Typical Walmart experience. I use the app because employees are worthless humans. When you ask their worthless help where an item might be they offer no help. Remember when Walmart employees would take you to the item you're looking for?

I never shop at Walmart and I'll have to say everyone was friendly and helpful. When asking or an item, wise, literally, every person was able to tell me where an item was down to the aisle and down to the shelf!! DaAaAng lol!

Some "manager" was bitching and being EXTREMELY rude to one of her employees yesterday while I was there and it was very upsetting. She was by the candle section and just complaining and bitching about the younger employees "work" in the area. Personally, I didn't see anything wrong with the section. The manager's attitude is the reason why I'm rating this location a 1 star. I don't mean to be that person to judge a place based off of ONE person, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Call before you stop for an oil change! They can't keep enough staff to maintain their hours! They made me wait a half hour before they told me at 1pm that they were not open for business!

After simply grabbing some groceries and loading them into my trunk, I drove off leaving my wallet in the basket outside by a garden display in the parking lot, it took me more than 24 hours to realize it was missing and my wife called Walmart. Thankfully someone found it and returned it with all its contents. I am thankful to the employee or customer who turned it in. Good people

So I call in my scripts and was told one of them would ready later and needed a Dr authorization on 1 even though the bottle says 2 refills left? this was on the 26th of Feb still no scripts I need them just had 2 back two back major surgeries, one of my scripts is a blood thinner. I just called to find out what's up they say they won't fill my script for pain meds not even a schedule 1 drug. I just lost my toe and have severe nerve damage and need the blood thinners I have 2 graphs and several stints but the people at walmart now decide when I can have the scripts my doc wrote at this point I will end up back in the ER and huge bill THANKS WALMART!!!

I don't usually ever do these things, but I felt I had to leave a review of two of your employees, team lead Stephanie R and a very nice man named Jude. I am pretty sure they are new to this store but they are going to be the reason that I continue to shop here. The entire vibe is different now that they are here. You can see that they want to help and are compassionate people. They actually took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me along the way, whereas I have seen numerous employees before not care or think it is not part of their job. Customer Service in coming into a store has to be key considering I can get everything I actually need or want online. Please let them know just how much of a difference they are making.

OGP Service is terrible...waited 40+ minutes for an order that was ready before I left my house. They proceeded to help 7+ cars that got there after me without even taking my name.

First off no one ever answers the phone. Not the pharmacy, customer service or the pick up/delivery. The pharmacy always has a line of about 25-30 people waiting for their meds, I changed pharmacies cause I was sick of it. They are always late on deliveries and things are marked out of stock but you go to the store and there are plenty of the item. My order was scheduled for delivery between 8 and 9 this evening. It's 945 and no delivery and no one answering the phone at the store.

Buyer beware. If you order groceries for online delivery, expect items missing. After 4 hours of calling the store, speaking to several people and being hung up on, I finally drove to get the things I paid for. Of course when I arrived, nobody knew what was going on and I had to explain I was missing items again. The "manager" said "well yeah, we're busy". Right, busy putting me off on the phone for hours. This location has terrible service and lack of concern for its customers.

This store has the most racist and rude employees, I just moved over here from QC and I have never experienced this type of blatant racism... Let's start with the weird lady that refuses to speak when a black or brown person is at self checkout she stares and watches only us... There was lady selectively scanning things she didn't see her until I asked was she going to watch the other lady or just me... And then old creepy Guy at the door stopped me and asked to see my receipt after watching me leave self checkou, i asked why are you only checking mine he said because I want to make sure you didn't miss anything... Then he started moving orange in my car that I own now, I then watched him let everyone else just walk out of the store that had no bags for their items, I asked was he gonna check everyone else he got mad and made everyone stop to show receipts so that I would leave... and customers came out and said that I should go tell management and they go with me because he was clearly racial profiling at the door.

For an insanely busy Walmart, this one is consistently well stocked (shipping and freight concerns not withstanding, they can only stock what they get in!). The associates really do care, and although they may be overwhelmed they do the best they can! Compare this store to a few years ago and you'll really see a difference!
