Had 4 packages dropped off in their box during their lunch hours. 3 of the packages got scanned in after 2 days. The 4th package still shows that a label has been created and they're waiting for it. It is now 10 days from dropping the package off. The problem is, they already have it. They do NOT have a phone number to call except for the corporate number. So now I get to deal with automated messages and probably someone I wont be able to understand try and help resolve the issue. 1/5 stars by FAR the worst post office I have dealt with.

Great post office. For a rural location without traditional mailbox services and so many PO box customers to manage, all of my mail still goes out and arrives on time. Friendly staff: happy to help, professional, and knowledgeable.

This entire region is overrun with the most sickeningly stupid and lazy individuals this nation has to offer, and I suspect they're all employed at this specific post office. These wastes NEVER have packages available on time, often keeping them in the back until the next day. Nothing but excuses for how worthless their service is. Stop hiring morons and start looking for people with the ambition and mental capacity to actually do what they're being paid to do.

It's a hit or miss depending on who is working, there's one rude lady that needs a class in customer service, professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude. Not yelling or talking down to someone for no reason.

It's not even 2pm and they are closed 10/28/22 125pm.... Not the 1st time they have closed early. Now I have to drive all the way to Holbrook az to get m/o and stamps.

This post office in Sanders Arizona has a very friendly staff who go out of their way to help in any way they can those reviews must be lies ... They ask me how I am doing I tell them about building my shelter the nice lady says how is your shelter and she remembers my box number as soon as she sees me same with the guy who works there .. good people ?????

The lady working yesterday 4-30-2022 was the worst person ever!! So I get a little yellow note in my box stating to pick up my box. I get there around 11:30 office locked .. knocked on the door. (About 5 other people were waiting for there boxes too..rude lady in her 30s answers the door. Starts yelling saying she will not give me my package!! I advise her it was literally her job!! She states she was so far behind. (She was yelling for about 5 mins, she had time to yell and no time for our packages ???) absolutely unprofessional! I will be making complaints about this.. I mean it's only her job!! And for her to refuse to give me my package and others too .

Hours are unreasonable. They open lobby at 800am but open counter til 830am then close at 2pm for a whole hour for lunch then close counter at 430p and lobby at 500pm. So post office is really open for just 6 hours. Why not remain open for the whole 8 hours.
