We got in with a delayed flight at 3am and our check in gal was nothing but sweet. Room was clean, we LOVED the jacuzzi tub, location was excellent. My partner kept going to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, etc and they were always so friendly and kept saying we can just call. Our room was right next to the front lobby so no worries on that. Pool was quiet and relaxing, loved that there was a small gym and coin laundry units available which were super convenient as my partner and I were in for a week and you know how laundry can stack up! Park right next to it was so fun to lime scooter in, they had basketball courts and volleyball courts and people were fishing. Really nice area and so close to everything. Service, amenities, location 10/10!

Front desk is very cooperative. Rooms are very clean. It has all that one could ask for as a traveler. Price is very good compared to other options in Scottsdale. Swimming pool as also well maintained.

Unclear how this is a 3 star hotel. The rooms and the bathroom is very small. Very uncomfortable.There is only one way to get to the front rooms located on the street side. Is this really safety approved?The location is very good to old town and the airport.The beds are comfortable.The staff was very responsive and friendly.The safe didn't work.But the interior is old and very outdated.The rooms are very dark. Lightening is poor.

3 palms only 2 palms. Rooms were small with tiny bathroom, beds uncomfortable. Nothing of note within walking distance…disappointing.

Everything is great the price was most affordable, it has a nice location next to a cute park and grocery stores and food places. The house keeping is amazing. The rooms aren’t super fancy definitely could hear the people in the room next door and when they turn on the shower it sounded like mines was turning on lol. Also, they only have antenna tv so it wasn’t anything to watch but that’s ok. It’s fine and serves its purpose.

I like getting away to hide out from the world here. Nice and quiet rooms were clean. The landline didn't work, which i found odd, bu I didn't so much care cause I wasn't going to call anybody anyway...

This place is run by a bunch of crooks. I stayed there for one night, really I was in the room for around 11 hours. The room wasn't bad but weeks go by and my $100 deposit hasn't been returned so I call and ask about it and the lady I talked to said it should have been refunded I'll talk to my manager and call you back tomorrow. Never did I recieve a call back and ended up calling five times and the manager was never in but kept being told were not sure why your deposit hasn't been returned it definitely should have. Finally on the 6th time calling and 6 weeks passing I finally get ahold of a manager and she says oh yeah we kept your deposit because you used drugs in the room and it smelled like smoke. I ask what proof do you have of this? She says none but you were smoking in the room. I proceed to tell her last year I stayed 263 out of 365 nights on the road in a hotel and never once was i accused of smoking or doing drugs until now and why the other five times when I called was I told there was nothing on my record and my deposit should have been refunded? She had nothing to say and I said without any type of proof can you accuse me of such a thing? Again no answer. I filed a chargeback with my bank. Be careful staying here!!Safety: Terrible

This is the place to stay for us when we are in Scottsdale. Right in front of a river park with frezbe golf. Walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants.
