Thank you Matt and Jason and the team for helping me work on meniscus tear and bakers cyst. I have continued the stretches that you guys thought me and I am almost pain free. My knee is now strong enough to bend when I go down stairs or step off the sidewalk. I am getting stronger everyday. Blessings ❤️

Kimberly C. Kujawa is a phenomenal hand therapist. I suffered a complex fracture in the distal end of both the ulna and the radius, and a titanium plate was installed. It’s been 3 months and I am seeing a light at the end of this tunnel. Kim pushes when necessary, but she knows what she’s doing, and she’ll let you know you have to do your part as well! Kim is a very caring person, if you need a hand therapist, I highly recommend her.

I have been dealing with 360 Physical therapy pretty much since I completed my program. They have said I owed them 2 different amounts... the first amount was for $30.00. I let them know I have all my receipts and I am not paying it. I have never received a physical bill this whole time. A month or so later I get a call from Virginia who is part of the billing department telling me I owe $200. I paid cash every visit of $65.00 and made sure I had a zero balance when I completed my physical therapy with a print out. Today Viginia calls me and tells me that the director of the company told her if I paid $100 today she would squash the $200 and my bill would be paid. I told her no that I would have to put the $100 on a lean because I have too many medical bills coming in and before I paid. I let her know I want this in writing and I would also be reaching out to the facility. I have never once received a bill or statement in the mail and when Noone answered the facility I called Virginia back to ask for an actual statement of documentation she said she would email that information over with my fee of $150. I asked her what about the $100 she had just told me I could pay and she apologized for the misunderstanding... I told her no, there was no misunderstanding she never said $150 in our previous conversation (5 minutes ago) and from this moment forward I will only speak with them over email. Please help! I am being scammed! I am contacting my lawyer and my insurance. Liz at the front desk told it was $65.00 with insurance and I asked out of curiosity what it would be without and was told $75.00. Everyone mKe Ure you get all your paperwork. I did and I have paperwork showing I left with a zero balance but now I am getting all these different amounts to I owe! I thought we could upload pictures because I have paperwork in hand stating I have a Zero balance!

Initially I enjoyed going for therapy here. I wanted desperately to lessen my recouperation time, prior to knee replacement surgery. The pros were: Since the water takes away gravity, my painful knees actually performed exercises I'd been unable to do in years. My balance, gluts, hams and quads got stronger. I was able to walk for longer distances. While the pool is small and not very deep, I never exercised with more than 3 people. The cons: After COVID hit, I began having serious problems with scheduling transportation. Either my cab didn't show up, or was late or arrived too early. I was forced to call often and cancel, at the last minute. My mobility issues, at that time, prevented me from catching public trans. Sounds like excuses, but I assure you, time management is very important to me and I filed complaints with my insurance. 360 P.T. would no longer accept me for therapy. I had explained to my therapist, the p.t.a and to the front desk. Eventually I was told I could return only if I scheduled a same day appointment. That effectively terminated my patronage, as I must schedule my wheelchair/scooter van 3 days in advance.

Don't expect personal attention. You are a number, more acurately a source of income for owner. They will lie to you to get your insurance payments. Fraud alert

I have MS have been to many good Physical Therapy facilities over the years but I must say360 Physical Therapy is my favorite. My programs have been very personal to my needs. Thedifficulty of the exercises were chosen to meet my ability at the time & progressed as I did. I was always encouraged with the Improved in my walking & movement as the sessions never seemed to be too difficult. The therapists were kind, understanding & tough when need be as I can be a whiner. Give them a try & I hope u like them as much as I do ?

Today I completed pelvic pain physical therapy! I learned SO much with Robin about women's health at the N. Scottsdale Thunderbird location and so thankful for her to be one of the strongest advocates on my health care team! She is an amazing person and will miss our weekly appointments! My chronic pain will not be miraculously cured due to endometriosis, pcos, IBS, and spastic pelvic floor syndrome but learning about my own body and how to best manage it has been such a meaningful life changing experience with techniques I can use for a lifetime! 100% would recommend to anyone suffering from pelvic pain and wish I knew about this sooner!! Small steps lead to big changes!!

I’ve been working with Holly and I can’t say enough good things about this place. She is very knowledgeable and has pinpointed stretches and home exercises to expedite my recovery. My mobility is coming back and I can’t be more thankful to Holly and 360 for helping to get my lifestyle back.

Went in to address a painful shoulder issue, which when it didn't get better with PT, they recommended a surgeon. After surgery, with the surgeon they recommended, I returned for my physical therapy. It was well thought out, executed per Doctor's orders and resulted in me gaining back full mobility with no pain. Excellent results!

Did not even make it to the place. Lady on the phone told me aquadic therapy had no way for handicap people to get in and out of the above ground pool . Sort of defeats the purpose. Then she could be bothered answering my questions until I told her my insurance company . It seemed like she was more interested in discouraging me then wanting my business .
