Came across Electronic Wizards in a local newspaper ad. Called and Sam, a sales rep/installer came by the house and talked to the wife and myself. Spent about 2 hours discussing a new streaming platform on a new TV we were about to purchase. Meeting ended and a few hours later I received an estimate of services and products from Corey Brown, Owner to complete the job. After talking it over my wife and I decided we could afford Wizards. We were asked to purchase $700 in materials from Amazon to help with the job. Later the next day we received a revised estimate because the TV we selected was a year old 2022 model and no longer available. A replacement TV and a revised offer was made to us. Before we accepted we asked for a package price on a TV model and installation we were more interested in. The price went up about $400 to just over $4k. Way more than we wanted to spend. Called Corey back and told him we weren't going through with the transaction. He didn't like my comment about "$4K+ for a TV and installation" and that's when I found out how he really felt about my opinion. What I learned from this was make sure you get 3 estimates before signing on the dotted line.

Sam went well above-and-beyond, to get our new printer installed and fully functional. As requested by a doctor, we also needed to have Faxing capability which Sam activated and tested, to be sure that was functioning properly.
