Was having major car issues and took it here because they were one of the only mechanics opened on Saturday in the area. I knew exactly what was wrong with the car (O2 sensor) and the only reason why I couldn't fix it myself is because I was in from out of town and didn't have some basic tools. The service rep was opposite of friendly. Very rude. Seemed to be very stressed and busy so I'll give him some slack. They ended up fixing the car, as expected but it was not the most cost friendly fix. A $150 part ended up being $600 after labor. Personally I know friendlier, cheaper, and overall better mechanics and I will not being going here again. At the end of the day, they did fix the issue when I was in a pinch. That's the reason for a 3 star and not a 2 star.

Will deserves a raise!! He is very nice and always explain things very thoroughly. He has to deal with everyone taking out their frustrations w the mechanics and handles it well. Thank you Will!!

The people at this location are a joke. Sean & James are rude and not helpful. I would never take my car here ever again. Especially after watching them try to force an older lady into getting a worthless service to make more money. ?

My truck is my lively hood. It’s old. It’s beat up. It has a lot of miles. But running, it’s worth about $100k a year. It died. I tried to fix it myself and failed. I hired a mobile guy and he disappeared like a fart in the wind. I had it towed here. It wasn’t cheap. It wasn’t easy. It took them 10 days to get it hammered out. They even got one diagnoses wrong. Regardless, I CANNOT say enough. Don Tropepe dug his heals in and was determined to figure it out. With prices, interest rates and inflation, I was not interested in a new truck. Still, management made the ethical call and expressed concern about the costs involved in repairs exceeding the value. But I made it clear I wanted it fixed. Don spoke to me for 45 minutes trying to gather any information that could help him figure out the challenge. I thought the conversation useless, but he said, “No. you gave me ideas of what to look for.” His stubbornness to NOT FAIL was greatly appreciated. In getting the truck back, I can easily say, this is the best it has run in memory! He restored performance and power I simply accepted was gone from a truck with 320k miles. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS YOUR LIVELY HOOD. IF YOU DEPEND ON IT TO SURVIVE. IF YOU WANT FRANKNESS AND CANDIDNESS ON COST AND VALUE. DO NOT HESITATE. Bring it here and ask for Don and his team. What every they’re getting paid, it’s not enough! BRAVO ZULU!!! JOB WELL DONE!!! It wasn’t cheap. But it was worth every damn red cent.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

They were fast and professional. They fit us in when we had a car emergency and was from out of state. Prices were very good as well.

There prices just keep going up. I thought paying a member fee you get discounts. The same service I price else where and its cheaper. You all do good work but prices are high

Driving testing for somebody one of their drivers pulled out with a van like a crazy person without stopping and almost killed me. I called and made a report with this location and I have a copy of the license number and the time of the person driving the vehicle. Hopefully they'll do something about it and call me back about this so I can take this review down. Super dangerous

From being told I needed to air out my car becuz it smelled like “marijuana” to the service advisor not adding the 10% AAA discount and stating to me “you didn’t pay for it your Dad did so I’ll talk to your Dad” and then stating that it was applied but then admitting they probably owed my Dad $70. Also have been pressured to keep the car there for more fixes even though I have stated 3 times to only fix what was paid for and I will pick it up (and look for competitive pricing other places for whatever else may be needed like a smart person would do). Whole time the car hasn’t been put on the lift yet becuz Service Advisor stated they are unable to get it on the lift so this is all without the diagnosis from being lifted up. Now I question if my car will be properly done and scares me knowing the service advisor obviously doesn’t like me and just hung up on me. Also makes me wonder if they did some damage and need to keep the car. Online it says owned by AAA and I called AAA and they want me to talk to the manager and now I’m just fearful and full of anxiety. This has been traumatic to say the least when you’re already in crisis about a car.

New to the area, when I called in for oil change prices, I received a warm and friendly “welcome to the neighborhood!!” from a service advisor William. He was knowledgeable and told me what to consider now that the car is technically in extreme harsh conditions. I think I found my shop! Thanks AAA ?

You will be overdiagnosed and charged for things you don’t need! Don’t fall for “sludge cleaning” because you are late for oil change. They charged me $200 to tell me they couldn’t fix my AC. Stay away.Follow up on this review and why you should avoid this place at all cost:Originally, I took my car to this place for AC repair. I told Anton that I heard a clicking sound behind the dash and I was getting hot air on one side and cold air on the other. After they charged me $200, he said he couldn’t fix it BECAUSE it was a problem behind the dash and I had to take it to dealership. The dealership told me my description and the problem was clearly behind the dash and they should have known. So, this place either knew they couldn’t fix my AC or they didn’t. If they knew and still charged me $200, then they are fraudulent crooks. If they didn’t know, they are incompetent. In either case, avoid them at all cost.Another update (06/06/23)I emailed ?them over a week ago and no response. Their online response to my review and their offer to connect is also a scam.

I’m not sure who it was, but the tech or sales guy was not happy when I scheduled a transmission flush and an oil change, but then cancelled on the flush only when I got some information as to why I needed to hold off. (Long story short I guess if the transmission is going, you don’t want to flush the fluid that’s keeping the transmission together). He completely cancelled my appointment for the oil change and didn’t set me up or follow up. The funny thing is I had them price check FIVE things I needed: steering issue, possible shocks, transmission flush, oil change and diagnostic. I need work done. I know they’re busy but man, he was generally angry and acting like I was wasting his time. Impressions go a long way and I’m a loyal customer through and through. It’s just unfortunate.
