WATCH OUT ACE HARDWARE CHARGES 2X-3X OVER HOME DEPOT
I tried to help by buying locally and not at Home Depot for Blue Painters Tape. I bought one roll when I got home I noticed they robbed me by charging $16.19. I checked Home Depot and the price for the exact same product was $5.98. I don't mine paying a little more however 2X - 3X more is like highway robbery. This is outrageous and totally unacceptable. Never again Ace Hardware

I like the convenience of the small town hardware store, and the friendliness of the people.
I do wish however, that Ace, as a company will get more competitive with their pricing.

The customer service at this store is so bad it borders on openly hostile. My wife got 5 paint samples that were very clearly all the same color. When she returned to try and get the samples corrected to the 5 different colors we asked for, the employee gas lit her and performed a little experiment trying to say the samples were different and refused to help in anyway. He was condescending and cruel in a way that goes beyond poor customer service, it lacked basic humanity. 0/10 will never step foot in an Ace ever again.

Was able to get a battery for my car key fob. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. It's in a nice shopping complex.

Jojo and Brooke were outstanding. I needed a battery for the key fob. And these two awesome employees opened the battery package and put the battery in my key fob. Talk about service with a smile. Wow.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The price at the register was nearly 20% higher than what was clearly marked on the shelf. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or concern. The process to get the price adjusted was so slow and frustrating that I eventually gave up and walked away without the item.
After checking other recent reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident—several other customers have reported the same pricing discrepancies. This seems to be an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. I expect better transparency and customer service from a store like Ace Hardware. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
