They completely totaled my car. Brought it in for an oil change and that's when all of the problems started - my car started smoking, we took it to BMW and the said oil was leaking into my engine, and needed to replace the oil supply lines. We brought it back to Kerry's and they "fixed" everything they caused, and magically spotted tons of issued BMW happened to miss - we declined to pay for the other fixes. Thousands later, the car was STILL smoking - brought it in THREE more times and nothing was getting fixed. Finally brought it in one last time and they essentially said I needed a new engine/turbo as the leaking oil had ruined both. They tried to charge us again (tens of thousands) for this despite them causing everything with a free oil change months before - so we had to get a new car. I'm sure this place is fine for older cars but I've talked to friends, the second they see a luxury car they magically find a bunch of problems and In my case, cause them. Do not recommend.

Disappointing experience. Requested a transmission diagnostic, because I knew my car had a transmission issue from the diagnostic received from Audi dealership nearby. I thought I was going to save a lot of money going here and having them do the work. Instead, I paid $200 and received a diagnostic inspection that said nothing about the transmission. Oh, and then got an estimate on the transmission that was 50% higher than the nearby dealership. Sorry, can't recommend these guys.

I made an appointment about a week in advance for Monday 11/20/23 at 8am and when I showed up today for my appointment, they weren’t even prepared. The shop service advisor, James J, thought I was a walk-in even though I made a services app. Then I told them I was an InstaCart delivery driver and showed them my CarAdvise account through Auto Integrate. I am a Platinum member with InstaCart and a Premium member with CarAdvise but the shop, James J, said he didn’t need any of my information so he didn’t take down any of my information. Then when I received a message from CarAdvise, saying they were charging me regular price for my services when on CarAdvise, they said I was getting nearly 50-80% off! I drove 25 miles just to get services at a regular price when I could’ve done this at a closer establishment! So I talked to CarAdvise and they said they were taking Kerry’s Airpark Auto Services off of their app due to misleading prices from the car shop. Please make sure you do some research before you go to this place or they might just lie to you like they lied to me!

I am writing this to warn anybody who is not filthy rich (or even if you are) against getting caught up in the Kerry Auto Park scam. This shop charged me over $2000 to not fix my car! Over $300 of that was just tests( diagnostic and "smoke evap test") and my car is now running worse than when I brought it in. After the last time when I paid $1600 and was assured that after that my car would run great, the check engine light came on 3 days later. I brought the vehicle back in and was told it would be another $700 to fix the code that I had originally brought it in for and i have a receipt charging me an insane amount for that repair. They wanted $360 for the new part (apart from labor) that they somehow missed on the previous visit but when we searched the cost of this part it was $109!! I picked up my keys and left, but I do plan on filing a report against them with the Better Business Bureau. I should also note that after reading several concerning cases against them about using fraudulent tactics I requested that all the replaced parts to be reopened to me-they were not. The worse part of the whole experience was being infuriatingly talked down to by the snide manager, Tammy I believe her name was, who doesn't even try to mask her disdainful hatred of women. She tries to make you feel stupid by talking in circles and using fear tactics and I'm only sorry that I fell for it, but NEVER again.

These guys are professional and amazing. I took my truck in for an oil change and they found that the water pump was leaking. The truck is fairly new and under warranty. They delivered the vehicle to the dealership. When I spoke to the dealership they said the "Kerrys" guys were amazing.Service: Oil change

Took over 10 days to get estimate. Estimate came in very high. Came to pick up car, now has new issue with fuel pump? Could not drive so they suggested getting it towed! Seriously. Had to have pump replaced. Came to pick up, it was ready, but out of gas! Really! Had to show them to prime carburetor and then I had to drive it out of service bay. Very nice on phone but that’s about it. Would not recommend.

Great service and very honest. I was told by the Audi dealership I needed a new battery which would cost over $600. I brought it to Kerry Car Care and they tested my battery and it was fine and didn’t charge me a cent. I am bringing my Audi and Highlander back to these guys.Service: Battery

I had a friends truck towed to Kerry's due to loss of power. The truck would be fine fir a day or two then no power what so ever. Then in a couple more days it would run and be fine then just shut off, windshield wipers would come on by themselves and not turn off. James and Andy put up with me asking thousand and one questions. But they dug into the truck and found the issue. The vehicle had lost all communication. After running through every possibility and having programmers come to re program the communications nodule. Andy bless his heart put up with my questions and dought. When they were able to complete the work we were a rough place. Tammy worked with us and gave us time to get the funds together. I'm thankful for everyone. When we went to go get the truck Andy saw me walking to the door and said "your Gina " I was shocked because we had only spoken on the phone but he saw my boots he said " I saw your boots and I know where you left your hat " Wow. The attention to detail.Thank you all

I hardly ever post a review on Google however, this was well deserved due to the exceptional service I received from Justin at Kerry's Car Care located at the Norterra Location. Justin went above and beyond in regards to handling my struts and alignment. He provided exceptional customer service which is hard to find now days and if you are looking for an amazing technician and team to take care of your automobile needs - please reach out to this location and ask for Justin - he is AMAZING!!!

As the general manager of this facility for the last 4 1/2 years, when I read the comments about the ladies feeling, they are being taken advantage of it's disheartening. Being a woman myself, I pride myself of running this shop with honesty and integrity. We are a repair facility not a lube center. Meaning we don't just put vehicles in the shop and take them out without ensuring. They are safe to drive. When a vehicle comes in for an oil change, just like the dealership we do a top to bottom safety inspection. We are very visual and either take you out to the vehicle or show you photos of the repairs needed to keep your vehicle safe. Of course just like a doctors office, sometimes there are things we just don't want to hear or see but that does not mean they don't need to be taken care of. I'd like to extend my apologies to those that feel by bringing those items to their attention we are trying to take advantage of them. This is simply our process to ensure our customers are safe out on the road for themselves as well as others. For my loyal customers that have been coming to Kerry's Car Care for years, I do appreciate and thank you for all of your kind words. Tammy Smith - General Manager.

Called Kerry's after the dealer quoted something just under $3000 to replace a $50 item by pulling out the entire dashboard. They checked it out and did the job for a third of the price without having to pull out the dashboard. I would highly recommend Kerry's. BTW, it was for a Ford F-150, probably the most common vehicle on the road.

So many great things to say about the quality work and customer service at this location. If you want your vehicle to get fixed then take it to Kerry's. They have warranties (not that you'll need it), they have a very quick turn around and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! The manager's name is Tammy and she will take very good care of you and tell you exactly how it is. James is wonderful and will give you a very detailed description of what is wrong with your vehicle and they take pictures of the parts of your vehicle that need fixing. The guys in the shop are very nice and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Not only do I take my own personal vehicle here but I am in charge of the fleet of 25 trucks at my job and we go to Kerry's for everything. Trust me, you're all good going here.

I had the unlucky experience of my AC going out this week in the 113 degree temps. I called Kerry’s and they told me to come right in. Within a couple hours of dropping it off, I receive a text quote and a call from James explaining everything they would need to do. James walked through how they would handle the job, estimated completion time and even went above and beyond to look through the documents in my car to confirm I didn’t have a warranty that would apply. Spending money on our cars is not something my husband and I enjoy. However, we can both confidently say we would bring any vehicle of ours back to KERRY’S. James, Preston, Tammy and the entire team were friendly, professional and extremely customer service focused. They make car repairs so much easier and more enjoyable than they would otherwise be.
