I want to thank George for being an excellent salesman. He was very polite, not pushing and all around great person. I felt like he truly cared about what I wanted and needed in a car. After purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L, I was driving home on the highway and had a rattle in the dash. I took it right back and they said if they can't figure out what it is they will find me the same model and switch them out. George kept me updated where the service department was at with my car. Luckily it was a rock that some how got up under the hood and was rattling. I would definitely recommend Airpark Jeep Dodge Ram and please ask for George. Your Pittie Pal!!

We made an appointment to have our Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced and for a warning light that was on. We were told to drop off at 8:00 am we called at 4:00 and were told the car hadn’t been looked at yet and that it would be at least the next day. We are snowbirds so only have one car here and let the dealership know that we’d like to get car back quickly. When we inquired at why they hadn’t looked at it, we were told our appointment was just to get into a queue and not actually to have car worked on. What? Never heard of that. Just feel they have no consideration for their customers. The service member we worked was a bit demeaning when explaining their appointment to get in a queue system. We’re actually selling the Jeep we took to them and purchasing a new one. It will not be from them as we refuse to deal with that service department again.

I have nothing against my local Toyota dealership, but if I find a GREAT deal on my favorite car--I jump on it! That's exactly what happened after my dream car was totaled in a collision (12/29/23). I live down here in Sierra Vista, but when I found the perfect Toyota Highlander on their website, I called. Martin (pronounced Mar-teen) answered, and 24 hours later I own the car! Drew, a Used Car Manager, made the deal happen, and then Martin & his colleague, Joe went ABOVE & BEYOND and graciously drove it down here on their day off. Exceptional Customer Service, right? So, yes, a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership made sure I got the perfect Toyota for me; and you can trust them to help you with your next vehicle too!

Rob T. Was AMAZING. Thank you for getting me my new Jeep!Updating my original review: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It took them 6 months so get my leather installed, saying "Rob T was fired and he never submitted my paper work" I also have YET to receive my spare key and its been over a year. I've heard every excuse under the sun. Taking my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance is a headache every time. So un organized and no one has a clue about whats going on. The front receptionist Sherry has no customer support skills. I've been transferred to every department except the one I needed. Wish I never bought my vehicle from this place.

Worked with Santiago Apodaca to purchase a Jeep from out of state. He made the process very easy, answered all my questions and even offered to go out of his way to pick me up from the airport. Plans changed last minute and I ended up deciding to get it shipped. Santiago was very flexible and was quick to setup a transport to get my car delivered. Overall great buying experience. I would definitely recommend asking to work with him once you get to the dealership.

I have purchased two Jeep Rubicons from this dealership. The service department has taken a significant turn for the worse. I have a lifted Jeep and anytime I request service the team automatically blames any issue on the lift. My lift was installed professionally at a reputable off-road shop here in Tempe. There is often a multiple day backlog where I'm required to leave the vehicle overnight. The work is rushed and not completed to my satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from another dealership who has a great service department. They have lost my business completely.

Mannnnn if I could get in a ring with Mario, I'd go mike Tyson vs Holyfield on this dude. I'd whoop him so hard, this dude would lose his goofy accent Lol. This dude is a goofball, an absolute cornball I'd be amazed if he is able to sell a car.

Looks like this dealership can't take criticism and take employees accountable. My previous review on Mario and how disrespectful this car "salesman" is was genuine and instead of taking accountability they decided to delete my review. It is unfair that instead of taking action and caring for their customers they delete reviews.

Honest Review about Airpark DCJ Ram Dealership in Scottsdale AZ:On Nov 10, we went to this dealership, with an appointment, to check out a new Chrysler Pacifica. Unfortunately, the car was shown to us in a horrible, neglected and super dirty condition. Also, it had damages in the front bumper and front right fender, and a dead battery. The salesperson was embarrassed as she admitted. We sat down to talk numbers with the manager. He showed us his offer on paper. We asked him if he can do any better on the car, he said the most he could do was additional $1K off. He gave us his final and verbal offer and we made a note of it. We were discussing on coming back the following morning to see the car again, hopefully in good/like new condition and all issues fixed. We decided not to return, partially because of the numbers and partially because of the condition we saw the car the day before. That was it, I even thanked the dealership!A few days later, I was contacted by another manager via email telling me that they are discounting all of their inventory for the remainder of the month, including the Pacifica that we were interested in. I very clearly reminded him where we were left off with the previous deal and the other manager, specifying what was his final out of the door and what our budget was. We were about $2K apart. I simply asked him if he can do any better, otherwise I wasn't really interested much in further discussions. This manager came back to me with an offer of a DIFFERENT car which had a lower MSRP (about $1.5K less) and he offered it to us for about $1K more out of the door. None of this made any sense to me, so I kindly wrote back to him, asking him if this was an error. On the sale sheet that he sent me, he overinflated this other car, which by the way we were never interested in, with $2735 over MSRP to be exact. Bottom line, he tried to offer me a cheaper car with less options for more money. Yes, they offered a dealer discount, but bottom line was that this new "deal" did not make any sense whatsoever. After the dealer discount the final sale offer on the car was about $6K more than the sale price of the car at this other dealership where the car was located (in CA). And I even sent them a screenshot, for transparency! And he even assured me that this is the best deal I could get within a 500 miles radius! I was speechless! Again, I gave him a chance to explain if this was an error, he avoided my questions. Not even that, in a separate email he also confirmed that the sale price of the new car he was offering to us was higher than the one we saw at their dealership. Nonsense! I triple checked the window stickers of both cars! All documented in emails. Then I forwarded all communication to the GSM, Mr. Sanchez. He called me to discuss. His explanation was that there was a human error. I told him that I don't buy that and that he can't convince me otherwise. I was very disappointed by what he had to say, practically he saw nothing wrong. I told them that I am not dumb and stupid. And the written communication speaks for itself.I told the entire dealership that I felt manipulated and played with. I was not upset with them during our first meeting, and we moved on. However, during this additional approach afterwards they made me sick to my stomach. I was a returning customer and they showed no regard for that. I told them if they can't make a better deal, they shouldn't play with me.This is a dealership under new management. All this could be either in alignment with the new management style, or the new higher up management does not know what's going on below them, I am not sure. I saw no integrity, honesty, professionalism or customer appreciation by this second manager who contacted me. I told him that I felt just like another transaction for them, nothing else.Still, I wish them and the New Management all the best.I hope my honest review, based on facts, helps other customers.

My girlfriend bought a wrangler from this dealer & there is a defect on the vehicle causing it to be absolutely unsafe to drive on the road. They won’t give her a loaner or a rental car despite her still making payments on a 2023 year vehicle that’s a 65k hunk of junk that she can’t even drive. Disappointing as hell that they had her leave the dealer when she felt unsafe & absolutely in regret of her purchase. I am getting involved at this point & will be in touch with legal counsel to respond appropriately if she isn’t taken care of tomorrow.

I have been a Jeep customer for over 6 years, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. After completion of this lease, I will never own a Jeep vehicle ever again and I absolutely won’t be returning this dealership. I have been paying for a $65,000, that I can’t drive due to an unresolved defect.

Spend $4k on an extended warranty, told it covers rental cars if the vehicle needs warranty repair. Bring the vehicle in because the 4wd system started malfunctioning while driving on the road. Bring the car in for warranty work. They say they don’t have any rental cars. Yet there are three of them sitting here, none of them have moved in 4 days. Great experience.

I had a really wonderful experience with the high level of service I was given by Bill Wardingly in the service department. He went above and beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations! He was incredibly helpful, courteous, patient and professional. He kept me updated with my vehicle every step of the way, through text. Sure enough, I had my vehicle back just a few hours later, which was sooner than we anticipated. I highly recommend Bill! Not only that, but the other technicians that I came across in the service department were friendly too. You dont see this very often anymore.Very nice staff and excellent service!I recommend ?Thank you!

We took my mom's Jeep Cherokee here for service and as luck would have it, she forgot her cell phone in the vehicle. When we tracked her phone, we discovered that a service tech drove her car 30 miles away, kept it parked at his house OVER NIGHT and drove it 30 miles back the next day, all without our knowledge or permission. I understand driving a car to recreate the issue trying to be fixed but this is unacceptable (as well as the 60 miles worth of gas that was burned). We arranged to have the vehicle towed to another shop and were told they closed at 6 but when we called at 5:30 to let them know the tow truck was almost there, the lady on the phone said the service department was all locked up and everyone had gone home. We had to rearrange for the tow truck the next morning. Disappointing experience and we will not be back.

The absolute worst dealership I have ever been to from management to sales these people are what's wrong with the world. No conscious no soul not a care. They sold me a car that was already sold to someone else after being there ALL DAY!! The car was brand new already having transmission problems call to get the issue resolved Val the manager does not care unless it's his car the employee that was there at the time is no longer there and gave the inside scoop of how it's all just a huge scam please consider pretty much anything else including a electric scooter before you go and give these ppl a penny of your hard earned money
