Great customer service! I couldn’t figure out what happened to a package that I thought I carried in to mail along with another package. I was completely stumped. Checked at home, in my car - nothing. Went back to them to see if I left it somewhere. They let me look all over the store etc. The clerk then took time to look at their security camera footage and he found out that I stacked both packages on top of each other and they packed up everything as one package! We had a good laugh! So helpful! Thank you.

Terrible customer service, didn't give them my business. I arrived 5 mins to closing, but all I needed was a few boxes. The man didn't offer to help find what I was looking for, very awkward silence then said to go look on my own

Lost package, I dropped off a package for Fedex pickup and the tracking number never showed up on Fedex. When I called Airpark I was told that the box was picked up and to take it up with Fedex. I filed a claim with Fedex which was denied since the tracking number had never been scanned. When I contacted Airpark again I was told that it was not their problem since Fedex supposedly picked up the box. The fellow I spoke with offered no remedy to the problem and basically said it wasn't their problem. I told him that I had given them the box so it was their problem to figure out but he didn't seem to care. I asked him to figure out with the fedex driver what had happened and to call me back , however, I never received a call back. Luckily it was only a $42 return to Wayfair but it could've been a valuable package that just disappeared. I would not trust them with anything important that needs to be shipped.

Horrible customer service started with the man at the counter.Employee: can I help you?Me: Yes, Can I get a book of stamps?Employee: Then pulls out his iphone and tries to turn volume down or turn off video he was watching when, me the customer, interrupted his Video watching.Me: Uhhh really, pulling your phone out to close, quiet your video is more important than helping the customer?HERE IS WHERE PROBLEM STARTS… most good service industry People would just say my apologies, didn’t mean for it to come across like that, let me get that book of stamps BUT he gets attitude with me and scoffs at me for even saying something. (UMMMM maybe if his face wasn’t busy watching a video on his iPhone he would see a customer walked in the door and walk right up to the desk in front of him and be ready to help them.) I then look at the manager standing at the register next to him and say this is the level of service we have with him getting an attitude with a customer. The manager clearly thinks it’s OK and says he was just trying to lower his video volume so he can help you. The employee then shakes his head, ask if I wanna receipt, and toss is the receipt at me on the counter. I ask if he has a problem AND HIS RESPONSE is yea, what are you gonna do about it??? Unbelievable poor customer service, go to UPS Store down the street instead

Hands down the best place to handle all of your packing and shipping needs! The best personal service! If it needs to be packed if it needs to be taped It's like having a family member do it for you. They will handle it all! I've never had a parcel damaged that was shipped through Airpark Pack N Ship. And when you are a repeat customer all your addresses are saved in their system - I can't recommend them enough!!

Gary did a great job on a very fragile neon sign. Expert care was taken to carefully hand wrap the sign and send it to me across the country. A job well done and under budget!

I ordered an expensive pick-up, packing & transport including insurance for a sculpture I bought from an auction house that was going to me in Sweden.The sculpture broke in the transportation, I have tried to get hold of this company through several ways but no one answers me.It's been several months now...Now I stand here with a broken sculpture that has cost me over 3000 US Dollars.I will try to move on with this so that I will get my refund but recommend you as a future customer of this company to keep far away.This is my worst experience ever.
