I called to see if a medicine was in stock because CVS is out. Pharmacy rep said it was in stock but since I don’t fill my prescriptions there normally that he wouldn’t fill it for me. Was a jerk on the phone about it too. I don’t think a pharmacy should withhold medicine from patients. I’ll never check this store again and I hope you don’t either.

One working pharmacist, states she was processing prescription, but would leave and ring people up as they walked up. Continued to tell me my prescription was "processing". Poor.

Rude staff. I went in to pick up a prescription and immediately I was given attitude and the pharmacist was very curt (also just not accurate in what he was saying). I tried to clarify the issue and he was only more rude and provide a snide response.

This store is pretty clean and well organized, and the staff members are always pleasant. However, I have noticed over the last 5-6 weeks that each week there are items missing from my bags when I get home. All of the items I had been charged for and were on the register to be bagged by the attendant. After the first time or two, I thought it was an innocent mistake, however, it is now becoming a significant trend that some items are missing almost every time I get home. I'm not sure if its just a lack of attention to detail or something more nefarious but I recommend watching the cashier like a hawk and bagging your own groceries to ensure you have everything needed to cook when you get home.

Bryan Cole (Pharmacist Manager) has the best customer service of any pharmacist I’ve ever interacted with. He really cares about people. I highly recommend everyone using this pharmacy in Scottsdale!

Very friendly staff and a great selection of food and beverages. The aisles are labeled clearly and the temperature is awesome.

I actually like this grocery store and come here often and have experienced many great employees and products. However today I just had the most unpleasant experience with Joanna in customer service and I wasn't sure where to leave this feedback. She was unqualified for what the position entailed but more importantly, she was rude to a level I have never experienced, especially as someone that truly enjoys all of the other employees here. Terrible experience and had to leave feedback here for the stores knowledge.

After my first visit ever to Albertsons to get basic groceries, I can conclude that this store is not for me. Poorly illuminated parking lot with potholes, in raggedy looking building on the outside is contrasted with nice and bright lights on the inside. On the surface everything is fine until you start looking at the specifics. Most importantly, this grocery store has more selection of beer, wine, champagne, and hard liquor than meats, fish, eggs and milk. In fact I was a bit surprised about the abundance of liquor and poor choices in the frozen vegetable section. It should be a no surprise that this grocery store carries Cristal Champagne ($300+ per bottle retail), while I could not find black olives which are not packed in a can? Also deli section is rather poor and they prefer for customers to buy already pre-packaged deli selections. If you like to cook as I do, and are particular on ingredients for your next meal, this store is definitively not it. On the flip side, if you want good drinks and some snacks, this is the place.

It is truly wonderful to not have to try for months to schedule flu and covid booster. It is 10:48 am and I am now in my 15 minute after shots period. My appointment was 10:45 am and will be able to leave having been here 20 minutes. Staff is multi tasking and efficient as well pleasant. Making an appointment on Website was quick and simple. If you can create an appointment. I did see people walking in and recive services. The parmacist gives the injection or injection. It is fast.

The Albertson's employee @ Scottsdale Rd & Thomas Rd. in Scottsdale, Stephen S., knows the meaning of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He went out of his way to help me and make sure that I was not over charged for my groceries. The new app @ Albertson's is a challenge and this is causing issues for some customers. Thanks Stephen S.!

This location was recently remodeled. Still not the covered parking upgrades of the Safeway and Albertsons nearby on Hayden. However, the updates made my grocery shopping here just a little less feeling like a chore. Starting at the end of 2019, Albertsons / Safeway started to have better grocery ad sales than Fry's Food. They have become my grocery of choice since then. I would like to see Safeway / Albertsons go back to the open until midnight hours that they had before Covid. At least Fry's stays open until 11pm. (I would like them to return to midnight also, admittedly) Also, check out their free coupon item you can load on Saturdays. Always fun to try something new. Not sure how long this will continue, but had been going on for a couple months now.

We frequently shop at Albertsons, and I finally stopped to remember to post a review! We come for the deli area they have a HUGE selection of items. My target is the sushi. It's premade, or there are lovely folks who will roll one up to order. They also sell extra ginger, wasabi, and seaweed salad, a fave. The deli also carries a multitude of chicken varieties, there are more cheeses than you could dream of, and desserts of every kind. My focus in the remainder store are the artichoke bottoms, coffee selection, smoked salmon selection, and kombucha choices. There is something for every taste bud. Wide aisles, self check-out, and covid restrictions and safety precautions are taken.
