The five stars are for the service department, based on my experiences with Jon and Will. They always make feel like I'm a priority. Having the ability to speak directly with a mechanic is unheard of in the world of car dealerships.I have refrained from purchasing cars from the sales department on two occasions. I found the manager to be a tad arrogant. I did better price-wise with out-of-state dealerships. The showroom is quite small with often just a vehicle or two on display.

I bought a car from Dean and he was very nice and professional. Dean and the staff at Alfa Romeo are no pressure. They know they have great cars so they really don’t have to sell you. The dealership is very clean and modern inside. Everyone I’ve met at this dealership has been pleasant and a pleasure to work with, I would recommend checking them out.

We purchased a new car from Dean Uddin & he was wonderful to work with. Dean is patient, kind and his integrity is unmatchable. Dean was able to give us a great deal on the car. The process was faster than any other dealership we have worked with. We recommend Dean highly.

One of the most unethical and dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I'm from California and while I was in the Scottsdale area I decided to inquire about a Guilia I had seen online. It was a 2022 Orca colored Giulia but I ended up leaving with a Giulia Quadrifoglio. The problem arose when the sales person told me the vehicle had Android Auto and Carplay, it also said it on the sales listing when I purchased the car and got the keys I left and plugged in my phone. Carplay did not work, I called Mark the salesman, he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. The service department told me the car did not have it and it would cost $200 for the install. The dealership would not honor their posting or their word when confronted about it. Not only did they mess that up but they failed to charge me taxes since I'm from out of state and did not let me know. Now that I'm back home I need to pay taxes in order to register my vehicle. The Manager Ozzy and Salesman Mark were dishonest and basically put me in a wierd situation with the taxes and registration. I recommend skipping this dealership and going elsewhere because they do not deserve your business. Also I have only driven the car for about a thousand miles and already have a service light for ACC. This is a scummy and unethical dealership that should not be in Scottsdale.

I’m giving this dealership 5 stars just for Shane Basilone! He was super helpful from start to finish! This is my first car purchase so I was a bit on edge but he was just the kindest!! When I arrived, he greeted me and my sister and asked me some questions to see what will work for me and we took it from there!! I also met the senior financial advisor (forgot his name -boooooo) but he was the best!!!!! I will say, this dealership has a great team! I’m really happy with my first time car purchase experience and I love my car :).

I bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3 from Dean, who was very helpful, and knowledgable about the vehicle. There was no pressure, and Dean made the buying experience easy. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car

As an out of state buyer for most of my vehicles, typically the process can be drawn out, or misinformation is provided. I.e. damage to car not noted, incorrect history report, etc. My salesman Shane Basilone ameliorated most of the aforementioned difficulties by not only being responsive and prompt, but sending me a clear detailed walkaround accompanied with HD pictures of my potential purchase. I would like to mentioned I called out a small imperfection where the front bumper didn't quite line up on one side, immediately he reached out to have it taken care of, in fact today, Monday, it is going to be corrected and "once overed" again. I am very satisfied with my car buying experience. Further, I was also able to get a 24k/2 year warranty included with my purchase. All in all would highly recommend. 5/5

As a new owner of a Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti, which I purchased in Tempe, I was in search of a dealership in N Scottsdale. I typically avoid N Scottsdale dealerships like the plague due to negative reviews and reputation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and customer service that this dealership displayed.My service advisor John Kinney pretty awesome with getting me on the books in times when all dealerships are running low on personnel.

I have leased luxury vehicles for over twenty years, and never had such an amazing experience as I did with Alfa Romeo Scottsdale. Ozzy and his staff have gone above and beyond for my family, and I can't say enough about their customer service! It's over the top and what purchasing a new car should be like. I am so impressed that I don't ever want to buy from anyone else. You made the experience ridiculously fun and exciting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you rock!!

Absolutely terrible experience… I purchased a Alfa Romeo Giulia a while back elsewhere. I am due for my first scheduled maintenance. I called for the last 4 days multiple times per day trying to schedule an appointment…. No answer. I stopped in today to schedule the appointment in person, I was directed to the Alfa drive. I waited for 20 minutes in front of a empty desk waiting. Nobody said a word. I walked into the showroom and asked the sales team if there was anybody working in service. They said he should be at his desk then said well we don’t know where he is and just left me there. I waited another 15 minutes… still nothing. I ended up calling Bill Luke in Tempe while waiting there, scheduled my appointment and was back out in my car before anybody else acknowledged me. As I was leaving I was ranting to my friend on the phone about how awful my experience was that a tech walked up to me as I was getting in my car and asked, “is there something I can help you with sir? Are you looking for Jon?” And I said no, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere and left. Thanks

Disappointed with the lack of customer service after purchase. My wife bought a 2021 Giulia back in August. 1100 miles later the check engine light is on. Not a big deal. The car is under warranty AND we bought the extended service plan. I called to schedule a time to bring the vehicle in, but no answer. I leave a message and immediately receive a text message back letting me know they will call me back. Two days later no call back. I call again and leave a message. No call back. I finally call and select the sales department option, as opposed to service, and I get an answer. I explain what is going on and I am assured by our salesman that he will personally have someone from service call us back. Flash forward to about 5 hours later and no call. I get on the website for the dealer and start chatting with the chat associate. He was by far the best help (however the bar was low). I explained the situation to him and how it does me no good to have a warranty if I cannot even get a call back to have said warranty honored. I finally get a call back three days later. I get that everyone is busy and work/staffing is tight. However, it is as simple as returning a phone call. Everyone was quick to take the $55k for the car, but no one seems to want to do right by the customer once the sale is made. I WILL NOT do business here ever again.
