I had to cancel or reschedule my annual exam a couple times over the last month or so due to work/travel conflicts. Today I received an extremely rude letter saying they would no longer provide medical care to me and this was a 2 week warning notice. I find this gesture so unprofessional and unnecessary. I have never missed an appointment and always called to cancel or reschedule when I’m unable to make an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor’s office!

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Dr. Gerace tells it like it is and I appreciate that, she cares about her patients and their health. As for the 1 star reviews, matter of fact approach isn't for everyone I guess but I don't think medical advice should be sugar coated. Vaccinations and masks, just about every doctor out there is going to recommend the vaccine as well as masks to protect yourself and most importantly others. Either way I recommend her 100%. Staff is helpful. Yes they get busy but have some patience! ?

Dr. Gerace and her staff are incredible. They’re proactive, ask a ton of questions and are problem solvers! I haven’t had a general doctor in years and Dr. Gerace was recommended by a friend. Now, I can’t imagine seeing anybody else. The level of the comfort they provide is unmatched and I appreciate their level of attention to detail.

Not only is Dr Gerace and her staff absolutely great at what they do, they are also efficient and respect the patients time as they see you at the time your scheduled. The most important thing is Dr Gerace truly takes an interest in her patients. What more can you ask for in your doctor.

When I called to make an appointment, the receptions continued to question my age and whether or not I had insurance (which I do through my job). I felt she was discriminating me based on my voice but showed up anyway. I'm in my 20s and 5 foot. When I walked in, the looks and questions I received were even worse. After a few mean looks and comments, and waiting 20 min after my appointment start time, I was finally taken to a room where I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was nice but the treatment I received, along with the unclear communication I received about the results of the testing I did that day affected my view of the industries overall trust-worthiness. They also charge you for requesting copies of your medical records. Being from the midwest- I was shocked by this but maybe its a Southern thing? Overall, this was the worse clinic I've ever visited. I did come back once more hoping it was a one time bad experience but received the same type of care and decided to try someplace else.

I have been seeing Dr. Gerace for almost 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and honest. That is important for me. I would never consider another doctor. It is a great office.
