So sad to see such a once great company fall on its face so fast!Poor, top down leadership always shows its ugliness eventually I guess. Now I know why everyone goes all the way to Gilbert for supplies. Rude, Cold, and Bitter men and women darken the halls of this once fun surveyor toy store.
