Since I am very active and fit for someone in their 70’s, I’ve used many PTs over the years, but Shelley is the best one, by far. Too many times, I’ve had relatively inexperienced PTs that do more harm than good. Shelley is very experienced and knowledgeable, and has never caused any harm.
