I hate giving people bad reviews, but this is a must-give. As a business owner, I will do whatever it takes to make my customer happy. That is my number 1 priority. I placed an order for a retractable banner and table throw. I assumed it was the Alpha graphic in Camelback (I saw their work from one of their biggest clients, which I have something to compare to. The Alpha Graphic on Camelback was a beautiful, sturdy retractable banner large base, just beautiful quality). I used Alpha graphic Scottsdale and assumed they were the same because they are closer to my office. It is night and day in terms of quality and customer service. My mistake: I assume they are the same, but they are not!Today I learned something new. Very disappointed because it doesn't even come close to the quality of the Alpha graphic on Camelback location. Now I know they are all owned by separate people. If you want the product that this location Alpha graphic in Scottsdale, you should order 4imprint online a lot cheaper, and you will get the same quality as this location Alpha graphic Scottsdale. If you want quality products and good service, go to Alpha graphic Camelback, Phoenix. You will not be disappointed. Let me tell you, after being so frustrated; I called the Camelback location. I told the customer service the story, and she set me up with John. After I explained to John and he said to come by bringing the banner to see if he could fix it for me. I told him that I couldn't stop by tomorrow, and he said he would come to the location to pick up retractable banner to see if he could put a new base for me to make it more sturdy. How awesome that is. I will give Alpha graphic Camelback all my business and more because I will advertise for them for free. Thank God someone understands what quality and service mean. This is not about good or bad, right or wrong it is all about servicing your client, which Alpha graphic in Scottsdale cannot deliver. Remember, don't assume they are NOT the same!

I am a big fan of Alphagraphics for my printing and marketing needs. This is my location because Roni is a rockstar when it comes to getting speedy responses and attention to my requests. She is super efficient and pretty much runs this office by herself. She has come to my rescue numerous times in the midst of proposal deadlines. Our office definitely depends on them for our print support. We have used their other locations during Covid when this one wasn't open. Just super happy she's back and helping me produce killer proposals. My win rate keeps climbing! Be the type who wakes up with purpose and intent. Be the type of person that shows up and never gives up. Be that person who believes anything is possible and works smart for it.

This location is closed, but they failed to post that in GMB, so I wasted some valuable time driving there. Get your act together and post that this store is closed.

Very helpful and friendly. Printed what I needed quickly when I was in a bind, and the printing was very high quality at an affordable price.

I needed 24 hour turn around on a small printing project ahead of arriving into town. Alphagraphics Scottsdale-Airpark was able to deliver and at a very reasonable price! I appreciate their helping us be ready for our conference trade show.

I went into the store requesting a booklet to be made to my specifications, before I left the front desk worker checked to make sure every thing was correct so it would fit the requirements. I didn't get notified until after it was done that my booklet had not been made to what we agreed upon. When I received my booklet, some of the issues were that they left bleed in on insides that should have been cut out and my page numbers were changed as I left them on the outside and their machine put it on the inside. 50+ for something I couldn't turn in and no alternative was given to me.

I received quotes to print a booklet from several places and found Alphagraphics to have the best price and fastest turnaround. I was blown away by the customer service, especially when compared with the runaround and bad information I was getting from other companies. And the result of the print job? Exactly as requested and beautiful!
