Wanted better. My girl was not friendly, barely even said hello to me when she brought me back to the room. The quality of the lashes are okay. Paid $25 more for a master lash and wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference- would be worried to see how poorly a non master lash artist is? And didn’t even have a say in the tip amount- automatically charged 20% which is fine but when did we lose this choice and are now told we must tip 20% even on average service. It’s so disheartening how taken advantage the customer is now. It’s like we just have to accept what we get for prices two times the amount that there were three years ago.

I absolutely love amazing lash at San tan! Holly usually styles my lashes and she does such a great job they last forever. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
Stylist: Holly is the best! Personable, funny, and very gentle!

Probably the worst place you can get eyelash extensions in Scottsdale. I paid for a ’Master’ lash artist since this was my first time visiting for a fill (I was just on holiday). She didn’t match my existing style at all, it barely looks like I got lash extensions. It’s also so ridiculously expensive (it was $120 for a mediocre job after getting the Master technician upgrade). The appointment felt extremely rushed, they didn’t explain anything at all. Also the front desk person forgot to have me fill in all the forms from the beginning, instead waiting until after the appointment to sign a release of livability waiver?
Would not recommend.

I had an eyelash tint because I'm allergic to every mascara on the planet! The tech I had was wonderful! She took her time, and I realized that I actually had lashes. I do recommend highly!
