Great experience dealing with Shawn. I reached out for him to put a a hitch on my 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe . He was quick to schedule, notified me when my ordered hitch came in, and confirmed the appointment. He showed up on time and did a great job with the install. He had very reasonable upfront pricing and didnt try to upsell or push any add ons. He listened to my use case and provided the best option. I will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a hitch install.

Shawn was so easy to work with and got us quickly on the schedule. He showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the work of installing a wire harness and hitch to our brand new 2023 Hyundai Palisade.The Palisade vehicles changed their wire harness installation for the 2023 models and made it quite a bit more complicated than the simple plug and play type they use to have on the trucks. Shawn knew exactly what to do and it works great!He also gave us a lot of advice about brake controllers which we appreciated.Lastly, his rates are much better than others that I called.

Shawn, the owner, came out in a timely way and did an excellent job rebuilding the trailer connector on my truck. He was prompt, provided quality work at a very reasonable price. Shawn was incredible! His knowledge and understanding is unsurpassed, we had a small scheduling issue that came up the morning of our appointment and he was flexible the whole way through.
