I must say as a lady from big Texas state I had to go in because I had a few complications with my cell phone during a recent business trip… we are huge on hospitality this store was phenomenal great customer service neat clean and friendly staff thank you so much to the nice gentleman that assisted me

After a Samsung update many of my apps did not work.I went to this location and worked with Jasmine. She was very knowledgeable and was able to make my phone like new. She was very professional and pleasant and very tech savvy. She is an excellent employee and you are lucky to have her.

Came in during the middle of the day at 3PM and had a sign that they’re gone for lunch. This is comical what kind of business does this? I’m cancelling. With a line of customers waiting. Verizon I’m coming back to you!!

The "I don't want to be here and I can't believe you're making me work" attitude was palatable !- There were two woman working there; one was with a customer and the second was sitting in her chair leaning back with her arms crossed.- When I walked in she didn't greet me, I had to walk to her.- I asked her about the iPhone15ProMax and she didn't walk me over to the phone and answer any questions, she just told me where to find them.- I asked her to pull up my account so she could see which phone I own for the tade in and she refused to pull up the account .. just said it was worth $1,000 (which it isn't after calling AT&T Business customer service)- The story consinues, but I won't go on and on about all the ways this woman shouldn't be in customer service, but AT&T is better off being under staffed than having her in the store.

Gal put on my new $50 dollar iPhone screen protector off center (it's not 2005 and there are now machines for this) and the 1k back on an iPhone 13 Pro is split up into about 10 years of shaving off dollars on each bill. Such a scam. AT&T sucks and should have gone to Apple to get it done right. Bad business and not forthcoming about trade in policies.

Ok there must be something fishy going on with this store. I mean we all know these companies try to sneak in extra fees without ever telling you, but these guys went to a whole different level. Not only did they add a bunch of unnecessary fees (I contacted customer service and removed them after I received my next bill) when I upgrading my phone but they even upgraded me to a more expensive program (again not necessary for the phone upgrade) without ever telling me!Not only that, but went back to the store to ask why all these happened they said (word to word) "they were not responsible", didn't want to talk about it and basically kicked me out. Wow.And I have been AT&T customer for 15 years...Just stay away folks.

When I came in, Sky was helping a woman for quite a while. Because he had incredible patience and was super sweet and thoughtful. By the time i he got to me, he made a huge difference in my day!

Sky is a master at the bait and switch. I was told I would be getting a free watch and airbuds with my upgrade, that my monthly bill would be lowered, and that a line would be canceled. Went to pay and my bill was 100 dollars more than promised, the line wasn’t canceled, told there was no promotion for free watch by customer service. To top it off, they “can’t accept a return” because it is past the 2 week window. They obviously know how to play the system here and honestly, should be ashamed of them selves.
