I recently had the privilege of being assisted by Bridgette at the AT&T store. And I must say, she was a game-changer! With her exceptional skills and knowledge, she helped me create the perfect family plan that fits my preteen daughter and my needs. Bridgitte was not only patient but also went above and beyond to make sure that I stick to my monthly budget. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, my experience at AT&T was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this store and urge you to request Bridgitte’s assistance. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! So, a big shoutout to Bridgitte for making my day and for being an excellent manager.

I can’t express Enough Gratitude to Bridgitte and Her team here!! I’ve had Verizon for yeaaaars and after they decided to start charging $268 for ONE LINE and my watch!! I decided to switch to AT&T! (BEST DECISION I MADE!) not only did Bridgitte and her team make this switch super easy but they’re super welcoming and educated me on tons of promos/products! Safe to say I won’t be going to any other provider or location! Thank y’all again!

To switch from another server, we headed to the store. Zack worked tirelessly to assist us over the lengthy process of switching three phones while maintaining our phone numbers. Being well-informed, he made every effort to ensure a seamless process. This is the best level of service I have ever had from a phone company. We are happy clients.

Today was an excellent day. We met Zack at the AT&T store and he was our representative. Zack is an exemplary employee showing courteous, professionalism knowledge and outstanding customer service people like Zack make me want to do business with AT&T. I highly recommend this outlet and Zach representative.

Zach is a gem and helped me walk through an upgrade and went over every itemization line by line. He even mentioned how I was getting double billed for insurance. Extremely transparent and has the customer's best interest in mind. Highly recommend.

I came in to upgrade my flip 3. The rep said he could see the crease on my flip screen and said att would not allow me to trade it in due to the crease. I went to the Samsung rep at Best Buy, and he called the rep an idiot. The crease is normal for the flip phone. No warranty needed. No upgrade for me. Maybe Verizon will take my normal flip in for a trade.

Bought an Apple Watch with the intentions of using it for triathlons. They told me about all its features and told me it was safe to swim in. 5 months later the watch breaks from water damage when I was swimming in a pool and that is not covered under warranty. If I would’ve been told it was water resistant and not proof I would’ve went with a different watch.

DECEITFUL! Worked with Cody Hamlin to get a $75/mo plan and ended up with a $110 bill due to "protection and proration" being automatically added on. I called in and was directed to come into the store, which I took time off of work to do. When I got to the store Cody was rude and nonchalant. Then proceeded to say he can't cancel the plan he activated himself. Bad business and people, I would never recommend!

Absolute fantastic store! Cody was thorough and explained my first bill and expected monthly very well. Other people were in line and while I was waiting for my phone to transfer he helped them out too. Very considerate and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The customer service was stellar. Dakota was so sweet, helpful and wonderful. Our problems were fully resolved. As a former Verizon customer of 22 years, I am so happy we switched to AT&T.
