Daniel fixed all the issues with Air. He's great to work with. He's trustworthy. He and his manager. Mike, care for my service. They met my expectations without exception. ATT needs to fix some of their processes to make these gentleman's jobs easier.

Najib, in Scottsdale store on Scottsdale road was the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable person I've encountered.
He was patient with me, very professional, walked me through the whole ordeal after I damaged my phone.
He deserves every prize for doing his job so well, and making it easy for the customer.
Went far beyond and above!!

Hands down best experience I have ever had in a phone company store. Mike and Jarred were top-notch and we're very enjoyable to chat with during our process of switching from t-mobile to AT&T. 10/10 recommend this location!

Daniel was an absolute rock star! Not only did he quickly and easily fix my issue but he was also a pleasure and joy to be around. Good customer service is hard to find and Daniel provided an absolutely A+++ experience. Yes I specifically went out of my way to write this review because he is that type of person who earned it and deserves it. Cheers to Daniel!!!

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. He was working with another customer, and he was the only one in the store at the time. No problem with waiting at all. I was in no rush, I walked out with an upgraded phone and a smile.
