Just moved to Scottsdale from Denver and found myself with a few coolant leaks. Drove over to Autohaus and was kindly and quickly greeted by Josh. Incredibly knowledgeable guy. They offered to take a look at the car the same day to diagnose the issue. After going over the issue with me they provided a very fair and transparent quote. They completed the work in the next couple days so fast. Throughout the process they stayed in good communication about the progress. The work they did was incredibly high quality and I would absolutely recommend this shop and will be coming here anytime my bmws need help. Chris and Josh were amazing and do great work.

So far I'm impressed. Went in to check them out. Looking for non dealership to maintain my 30 year old Mercedes. They were very familiar with my car much more so than the dealership. Taking it back in a couple days for first experience. They are friendly, helpful, and their place looks well kept. Pretty convenient location just off the 101 fwy.

Awesome staff!!! Took my c300 for a drive shaft issue but as soon as their techs diagnosed it they quickly figured out what the issue was and repaired it. Very knowledgeable staff, definitely using this shop in the future and recommending to my friends and family

Left in my Mercedes for a standard service. I was told that it would be ready in two hours. I went back in two hours and the car was waiting for me. The service was completed perfectly. I highly recommend Autohaus of North Scottsdale. Efficient and great work. This was my first time there but certainly not my last!

I took my 2018 Audi S5 to Autohaus for the first time as my service contract with the local Audi dealer expired. A neighbor of mine highly recommended the shop. They did not disappoint, as the work that was done on my car was exactly as promised and at a very reasonable price. The communication throughout the service day from both Chris and Josh was outstanding. I now understand why their reviews are consistently so great.

I took my Mercedes in about a year ago for standard service. I got an oil change and the technician didn’t put the filter back properly so oil leaked all in the undercarriage. Anytime my car is driven in the rain my nice garage floors get stained. They said they cleaned it up. But not good enough if a year later I still have oil stains all over my floor. I didn’t have a check engine light on prior to this visit ever. Car was always maintained on schedule. a few days later check engine light came on and I was told I needed a new carburetor diaphragm. I was told one thing has nothing to do with the other. So now I’m needing to pay for this service. A few days go by, and the check engine light comes on again, I’m now being told I need a new fuel pump. My car is also well under the average miles. I did not get this done with them. They told me this was all coincidental. None of this has to do with them improperly changing my oil and leaking everywhere. I would not recommend taking your car here. An oil change may result in thousands of dollars of additional services for issues that arose days after taking it in.
