Amazing. I really needed someone who could take care of my hair and wasn't over an hour away. Great products. Wonderful people. This is the place!As a walk-in, I was able to consult with and then have my hair done right away. My lucky day! Finding a place like this is not an easy thing for me and my hair to always accomplish. But now I feel I am in very competent hands.Even better, it's pretty much an all-in-one-stop. The very next day I had the most amazing facial. The facial massage alone was extraordinary, some thing I have never experienced and now look forward to. I wonder if I can just stop in for a rub down?

Absolutely love this store and the workers. Allison was such a sweetheart and she helped me through any problems and concerns I had about my hair. Really loved her and her recommendations she gave me. Oh and how can I forget about the cold tea offered at arrival, perfect for a warm day in az. Highly recommend!

Allison is amazing! Very knowledgeable about products and kind. I had an issue with my online order and she handled the situation perfectly. This was my first time shopping at Aveda and I will definitely be back because of Allison.

My MIL and I had an amazing experience with Kelly (sp?) and another gal who I did not catch her name. They both went above and beyond educating us about which products were best for us plus they were super friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Very clean and quaint Aveda location! They had masks and hand sanitizer by the front door, the doors were opened so you didn't have to touch the handle, they wiped the counter after each customer and they limited to 2 customers at a time. Very well maintained and even though it was a small location, they had a great selection of products.

Placed an order over the phone. Both people I talked to were wonderful and so helpful. They even watched for my car and ran out to place it in the trunk for curbside pickup - I barely even stopped the vehicle they were so efficient. Fantastic customer service! Can't wait until I can stop by in person!

Worked with Chloe to find a Christmas gift for my Uncle. Chloe was patient, offered suggestions, & sought answers from her Manager Marlene around out of state shipping. Marlene was professional, thorough & followed up with me on tracking. Highly recommend the Kierland store for your Aveda product needs. Both Chloe & Marlene went the extra mile during a busy holiday season afternoon.
