We love our apartment!! The community is beautiful and very well maintained. We love the uncovered guest parking areas around the building! Thank you to our lovey front office lady Elaina for helping us get settled and the amazing communication. If we have a problem or question she's always fast and efficient with responding.

I have been waiting almost a week and a half now for a call back from the general manager, I believe her name is Tamika/ Toneka? I find it very unprofessional when you leave several messages, and the person doesn't call you back. I am a current resident that is departing, property is beautiful, customer service obviously is extremely lacking Please call me at 5202273215.

We've lived here for 2 years and we love it. The pool is beautiful, the community amenities in the office part are also beautiful and clean. The green areas between the main building are stunning and our kiddos love to play around there. It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part and there is a lovely pathway behind the complex that's lit up at night. It's located conveniently to the highway, fry's, a few parks, a Walgreens, and gas station. The leasing office staff are always happy to assist with questions and the maintenance staff is pleasant, although we haven't needed a whole lot maintenance so I suppose I can't leave too much of a review for them since we haven't dealt with them much. I would say the only downsides would be the parking is VERY limited and the 3 story buildings do not have elevators so carrying groceries and/or kids up the stairs is rough especially in the summer, but you can get a killer workout in lol. The walls are kind of thin, the kitchen cabinet space is limited and fridge is a bit smaller than we expected, but Pinterest has several ideas to make small or limited space work and it's been a-okay for us. We love having updated appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms are a great size. I would absolutely recommend these apartments!

We clearly don't even have security here. I call the office to be connected to after hours security and the company says they haven't worked for this property in months! The office doesn't open during the week till 10am and I have screaming and banging waking me up at 6am most days and then evening till 9 at night, all throughout the day on weekends. It's no wonder we've had car break-ins and homeless hanging and sleeping on the property too , I haven't seen a security vehicle here once !

Positives - unit spacious, office staff nice, landscaping kept up nicely. Negatives - broken elevator for months, nonfunctional fob for months which resulted in no access to gym or pool, high prices, dog droppings, loud music, barking dogs, nonfunctional firepit for a year, stealing the seat and phone holder off my bike within a week of living there, paying for security when never saw a security person for a year of living there. And that is just off the top of my head. Would not recommend.

This place has begun the traditional rental complex descent to rock bottom. November 16th we lost access to our gates through the key fobs, it's January 23rd and we still have to enter in a general code that every delivery driver knows by memory at this point. Parking is an absolute joke, there are residents who occupy guest parking permanently and if you have a 2 bedroom with the garage you really only get one spot (other spot is the space in front of your garage so have fun playing car musical chairs when you and your spouse arrive home and leave at different times). This was a good property that really kept up on its stuff, we've seen tremendous turnover in the last few months. They can get by with this because the rental market in Scottsdale is extremely tight with not much projected inventory outside of brand new class A properties south of the 101 that are stratospherically priced because they're being occupied by folks waiting for the single family housing market to cool off.

I've lived here for 2 months now and it hasn't been the luxury experience the price you pay for the complex gives.

I've lived here for 2 months now and it hasn't been the luxury experience the price you pay for the complex gives. Pros: The leasing agents in the office are kind. Gas powered stove. Cons: Smallest fridge I've ever had in over six different complexes I've lived in. Seriously. Open the fridge if you decide to tour this complex. If you cook daily it may not be for you. Ironic with the fact they have nice gas stoves. Thin walls Bugs Some amenities look pretty beat up, near broken, or dirty such as billiards cues which I was told would be getting replaced a month ago, poker table has bits of food in the cloth on the table for months, and a media room that has been closed since I toured the place five months ago apparently awaiting a projector bulb When I first moved in the apartment was clean, but I generally like to request my toilet seat be replaced as I do at every apartment complex I've lived in. The hot water wasn't working, and the water pressure is a little below mediocre and I see loads of bugs. I've lived in Phoenix for awhile now and on the first floor, but this is the most I've ever seen. The hallway to my door is filled with bugs and I hate to open my front door since every time I do at least a few get in. I actively try to exit through my garage to avoid having to open my front door even to just check my mail. 1 of 2 garage doors made loads of noise comparatively to a much more cheap apartment I had in Phoenix last year, and also in comparison to the second garage door I have. I put in a work order for all of these and I was told that maintenance would get to me on Monday since it was Friday except for the hot water at least they'd come in the next day. That makes sense. On Saturday somebody from maintenance comes in and reads off all of my work orders to me and looked pretty annoyed that he had to come in today. I told him I'm cool with him just fixing the hot water so I could take a normal shower, but he said he's already here so may as well look at it all. He then basically begins to belittle me on my requests and explains that they sanitize the toilet seat before somebody new moves in so they won't replace it and also explains that garage doors are normally noisy. Great, thanks. I shut my mouth at that point and just let him do his thing since I was just ready for him to leave by this point. I've lived in college apartments that have had thicker walls than the ones here. I can hear my upstairs neighbor when they're watching a podcast on their phone and even be able to understand some of it, but the thing is that college apartments are way cheaper and made to be budget yet I still heard less from my upstairs neighbors there. The internet wiring is not configured for both of the ISPs that are provided necessarily in every apartment for every room so do be warned. You'll have to go with Cox which offers the same price for speeds, but charges additionally if you don't want to have a data cap on your home internet. This was the big thing for me. I was told it was configured across all rooms in the apartment with ethernet, but the CenturyLink employee who came in said it wasn't and that started a month long debacle that ended up never being resolved. I spoke with the leasing agents at the front and they really tried to provide solutions, but none of which came to fruition. The best solution they could offer was switching to Cox, but an additional cost for no data cap isn't something I was interested in. I gave up on that as well and also lost a good chunk of income from that from the career I had. The bug problem I was told was due to the monsoon, which sure is some of it, but also the fact there is an entire shopping center being made right next to the complex. Construction brings out a lot of bugs and my building is right next to the construction across the street. I've had moths, crickets, spiders, earwigs, and most recently cockroaches. I clean my place daily and vacuum and sanitize everything with disinfectants week

I have complained numerous times for all the things I have stated in my previous review. Their response to me was "please come in to office so we can talk about it"..... Well guess what, if things were resolved within a timely manner--I have lived here for 10 months and things are not resolved--this Yelp review would have never needed to be written!! Just the cockroaches everywhere, every day is enough to make me be embarrassed living here! THERE ARE COCKROACHES IN MY GARAGE DAILY!! I spray with my own bug spray by my thresholds every 3-4 days but the problem is too big. THIS PLACE NEEDS PROPER PEST CONTROL!!! Cockroaches will bring in scorpions and scorpions will bring in rattlesnakes. Do we need someone to get bit by one of those before this place does anything??? Just awful.....

Love the Avion gym! They have free weights, nice equipment and what’s unique is they have a stair master. I use their gym in rotation with Lifetime and EoS. Can’t wait for gyms to open back up after the Covid closures.

I've been living here since last August and have had such a good experience so far! Nathaniel, Anastasia and Caitlyn from the office have been so good to me, and Jose has done a lovely job assisting with repairs when needed- thank you all!The on-site gym and pool can't be beat and there's a gaming room and office place/ kitchen and multiple grills/ tv lounges as well.

The resort style pool is enough to give this place 5 stars, but I'm not going to stop there. Avion also has 24 hour access to a better than average gym for an apartment complex, a theater room with the capability to live stream sporting events, and a unique game room with a multitude of offerings. Truly makes you feel like you're on vacation when you leave your unit. You also get a tremendous staff (kudos to Katy who goes above and beyond every time). We previously rented from a different Simpson Property Group complex, and while it was very nice as well, it doesn't compare to Avion.

Kaitlyn was great and helped us select the perfect apartment! Grounds are very clean and seem well taken care of. For such a small complex the amenities are great! Good sized pool, nice gym, great sitting and bbq areas with TVs and nice lounge area. Rent is reasonable for the size of the units am very happy so far.
