I have never experienced a more gracious, accommodating business interaction. I was warmly greeted on entering the store a month ago. Back in my home state but remembering a cowhide stool I saw amidst beautiful rugs, I reached out by phone-- and was offered free delivery of the stool for a birthday gift, after first sending pictures and measurements and helping affirm my decision -- all very pleasantly and without pressure. I only wish I needed a beautiful rug since I know for certain I would buy it from Baluchi Rug Gallery. Thank you so much, Hamza and your father !

I am visiting the area and saw the cow hide pillowcases from the window and knew I needed to get one. The store has beautiful rugs and other decor. Shafi helped check me out and was super kind. Pricey items but the quality is top notch. Highly recommend checking this store out!

I can confidently say that the selection, quality, and prices you find at Baluchi Rug Gallery are the best in the valley after shopping around at many other rug stores. The entire shopping experience was amazing from the start. I picked out a few rugs and they offered to bring them out to my home so I could see it in the designated areas before I purchased them. They really work with you and make sure that all your needs are fully met.
