Linda Heller just took over this BofA and she is the most attentive and caring bank manager I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I have multiple business accounts at various banks and she has been the most helpful banker ever!!! This specific BofA branch with be the best and highest rated BofA in Scottsdale under her management. If I could give a million star review I would.

The poor tellers here are overwhelmed. This branch is frequented by people too old to join digitally. So instead of corporate understanding their clientele, they proceed as if all retired people have the patience of Job to wait in line that is 10 people deep. The teller is very nice when you finally arrive at the counter. Perhaps the CEO and share holders should rethink this strategy as we went straight home and transferred a large sum of money out to Edward Jones. Poor customer service brought to you by CEO raking in millions. This branch clised entirely during covid insuring ling waits in line at branch miles away for susceptible old people. Shame on B of A not giving a s÷×+ about patrons

Poorly run branch with little attention to customer care. They make it clear they are more concerned with getting out right at 5pm than taking care of their customers. This branch makes me want to move my banking business elsewhere. Avoid this branch if you can.

This place has gone downhill over the past year or two. There are always employees walking around when there's a line of people waiting. I use the atm to avoid them at all costs. And please why do they feel the need to ask if I'm interested in a loan or dig into my weekend plans or day? They don't care. I just want to get in and out. I've seen people have to make an appt just to go in their deposit box (and also ask why and leave angry). Such a mess!
