This atm does not allow you to select the denomination you want, had to go inside for change. Decided to ask for $5 in quarters to use for shower at the campground, was told I could only purchase a roll of quarters. Didnt think that was right. I understand you can only submit rolls of change but I should be able to request change. Thats what a bank is supposed to be for. What if I didnt have a full $10?

absolutely the worst people representing this bank. all the way down to "community volunteers" who are rude, entitled, and ignorant of social etiquette. the way these individuals claim to be for the "community" but walk all over people with pompous self centered actions speaks volumes about the branch they represent. shameful people here.

This place is so dreadful the line is always to the door with one cashier and managers walking fast around the bank trying to look busy but they are lazy and don’t help out the team to speed up the line.

I have been a business customer with BofA for 14 years. I have watched it progressively go completely downhill over the last 3 years. I am exhausted by them. It is beyond disappointing. This location is specifically the worst one within driving distance of my business. The employees are arrogant towards the customers. Lines to wait are typically out the door and generally there is a max of 2 tellers. Most of the time there is one teller. The last 6 times I have gone there with a problem related to my business account they have just given me a 1800 number to call. I have called these numbers and sit on hold forever. They basically don't want to work or help anyone at this specific location. If I were a manager at BofA I would fire every single person at this branch and start new.

Run away! I am in the process of changing banks both personal and business. Tried to used BOA for mortgages and they never followed up so after using another company for my first time I stopped trying with BOA. VERY understaffed location, especially after taking government bail out money. Can't get any answers for issues and incorrect charges on my business account. Stayed with BOA for about 15 years only because it is a pain to change banks for personal and business but the headaches and lack of customer care from BOa is too much anymore.

Does not even deserve one star!!! Very slow staff. Only one bank teller. Terrible customer service. Other employees walking around and not helping at all. Seems like none of them are trained for this occupation! I'll never be back to this branch. The worst experience I've ever had with a bank service!!

Don't waste your time here. 10 staff members and only 2 tellers. When I inquired why weren't these other people working in the two open positions, I was told me if I didn't shut up I was going to be removed!!! Fortunately there are MANY different banks in this Country!!

This location is absolutely the worst. Employees are awful probably the influence of a terrible manager. I try to avoid this location but today it couldn't be helped. There were 3 people in the bank including myself and all of is were furious. They have the attitude that customers are the problem. Avoid this location

I deposited over a couple grand into the atm at this branch and it gave me a reciept for $300. Placed a claim and i was told it would take 2 business days to review. I recalled the support center and the recording states upto 45days. You would think they would have a Tech on call for these issues so these matters would be resolved quickly. 2 business days or 45 days both are much too long to wait for your CASH to be recovered. Amazing!
