I recently had a fantastic experience with my new banker Demi. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Not only was she efficient but attentive to my banking needs. She answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a new customer. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service. I highly commend Demi’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. My visit to the Bank of America was made enjoyable.

2nd time now I've had a poor experience at this location which is unfortunate since I moved this being the closest one. However, the one on Scottsdale Rd south of Old Town being an absolute night and day difference to this poorly ran location.Today I went in around 1245pm in which all branches have their customary greeter that typically says "hello, what can I help you with today?" but, not this one. I even said hello but did not get a hello back or any sort of communication besides what felt like being mean mugged (maybe she didn't like my tattoos or beard). Oh well, I then try to help myself at the table that most banks have withdrawal/deposit slips to speed up the process as I had a meeting and call shortly that I needed to be in and out for. However, they ONLY had deposit slips, no withdrawal slips of course.I then go to the teller (only one working). Which she seemed half a sleep by the rate she moved and uncertainty completing such a simple task. I let her know I needed to withdrawal $1,500 from my business account in which I hand her my ID letting her know I did not have my debit card on me but have my checking number as well. I wait 5 minutes before she's ready for my either (no clue why or what she was doing). Then another 5 minutes to ask for a debit card I said I do not have with me today. In which she says ok we'll have to verify another way. Eventually sends a text to my phone in which I have to then wait another 5 minutes before she calls her manager over who was a female as well. I ask is there an issue? Since It's not been around 15 minutes for a very simple withdrawal but said she not authorized to "withdrawal that amount of money" when it was only $1,500? In which the manager and teller were both rude to me as if I'm causing an inconvenience for not having my debit card when all of my other banks I've never had an issue withdrawing or depositing with nothing but my ID on me.All in all I have no clue how across the board every employee I ran into was beyond rude and incompetent when I've always had a good experience at any other BofA. Usually starts from the top down and seeing the managers attitude and lack of performance I see where the rest fall in suit.Do yourself a favor and go to another branch! Preferable the south Scottsdale location on Scottsdale Road as every single employee goes above and beyond to give you a great experience both personal and especially with business!

It was the great experience. I visited bank first time to open my account. staff was so cooperative and helped me to complete the procedure. They are very friendly and giving you right information.I met with all staff and they are great and helped me to open the account and explained every minute detail.Thank you guys.

I have been banking at the branch for business and personal for 20+ years. It's weird to think it's been there that long. Their teller line right now is top notch! Very friendly and accommodating. I would like to give a big shout out to a teller named Sana. She is amazing. She does a great job with all of my various transactions with a smile and no attitude, whether it's business deposits or change orders she it GREAT.

Caleb claimed he could not find my business account by it's name then proceeded to beg me for my ssn when i was offering him the business ein. Incompetent branch. I walked out. And this is why all of my other accounts have already been moved to chase

Worst service ever or should I say lack of service! They have no less than 4-6 people standing around talking to each other while us the customers are standing in line to give them our money! They could careless just watched us as we stood in line like sheep. On top of that this branch closes early!!! My business stays open as most business's until 5:00 so deposits would be great between 5:00-6:00. they get paid the same work less hours & charge us more fee's!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! HORRIBLE BANK!!!

If you make an appointment at this (or any) Bank of America, be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for a simple notary service. They are worse than the DMV

Why anyone banks with BoA is beyond me. Every time I visit any branch they are either closed or have one teller available. I go to Chase Bank, I’m there a few minutes and I’m done. This branch is notoriously slow.

I went to cash a check as a non-customer. I waited about 30 minutes during a lunch hour. This location only had 2 tellers working.First, they wanted to charge me $8.00 to cash the check as a non-customer. The teller had to call the manager more than once. I waited. The manager never arrived after 7 or so minutes.I left without cashing the check. Not sure why they only have two tellers working during a lunch hour. There was a line of people waiting and waiting.

Every time I come in here there's always a wait whether or not there's a lot of customers. They are extremely slow here, and I always leave very stressed and time crunched. I've never had a good experience here. Most employees are nice, but it seems they can only do basic tasks. This specific bank makes me consider changing to a different bank.

Worst bank ever. Remember when banks used to provide services in connection with being, well, banks? I put my cash in this bank, they pay near-zero in interest and they charge me $15 for a freaking cashier's check. They have ONE, count them, ONE teller on duty and ONE banking agent. You can't schedule an appointment that isn't two or three days out. Zero banking services because they aren't a bank any more.
