I am nearly in tears because of repeated times that BofA has prohibited me from getting access to funds in my business account. I understood a first round a security checks and blocking transactions, but I want to a branch and set up everything they way the instructed me (ie atm withdrawal limits) and yet this keeps happening. And now their atm ate my debit card and it's a holiday weekend, and branches will be closed until Tu morning. My business will experience MAJOR problems because we won't be able to pay for critical time sensitive expense. You have broken me BofA.

this branch has been the worst branch ever the manager, Brian I hope he doesn't work here, but if he still does, he shouldn't. He snaps at his workers who work underneath him. He is rude to people. I have seen him yell at people multiple times he is yelled at customers all he does is brag about his gay husband when he's trying to talk to a customer and I get it you're gay but like I'm here for Bank of America to get help. Brian you're not here to force your clients to listen to your marriage and be rude to the people who work underneath you. all he would talk about is how he was gay and he never helped fix any of my problems. I love gay people, but I went to Bank of America not to be a therapist. I went to Bank of America to get help and never got help so thanks, Brian.

800$ was taken out of my account at this ATM location. I cancelled the card and reported it immediately for fraudulent activity. I called this location the next day about 10 times to speak to someone. Not 1 answer. Do they not use phones? I’m confused. Always understaffed. Staying away.

I called ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived I got right in with a personal banker. Great service, thank you.

Absolutely the worst BofA location. After making an appointment for next day 11:00 AM with a banker for wire transfer to Europe, I was told that there was no banker available. This is third time that this happened. Other BofA locations were able to help me without having to schedule an appointment. Avoid this location as it is a place of incompetence and unparalleled rudeness!

One counter open for 12 guests waiting at 10am. Waited 20 mins just to talk to someone. Huge building with only ONE Working counter

There is only one teller. Don't use there ATM to deposit cash they will hold it hostage for 1-3 business days and you cant access it at other branches. I've banked with them for 27 years and there customer service since the pandemic has is the worst you can imagine.

This branch is absolutely horrible !! Tyrone is rude and disrespectful. We just wanted a simple cashiers check to bring to our new apartment here in our new home but glad we aren't moving to this city or having to come to this bank. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. What does it matter where I use to live before the address in my current ID? What does it matter what bank someone banks with if we are pulling off money from a card to get a cashiers check from your location if the second person present banks through you!!! If both individuals have their ID and it's valid it should be no issue. They need whole new staff

I don't understand why there is only ONE TELLER working! ONE. But there was someone right next to her. But he was just busy standing there, not doing ANYTHING. No wonder why this place has bad reviews. If you had two or three tellers. Then there would be faster business. No offense. But I work for DD we're understaffed too but we still try to give the best service we can

This branch catches A LOT of flak, and perhaps rightfully so. They do seem to always be understaffed. They are not necessarily rude, but they do keep things short. The building itself feels like a museum (charming at that), so the atmosphere can seem dark, stifling and serious. I have had difficulty trying to call this branch, but this is true for all others branches. This area of Scottsdale can be difficult to work. People are demanding. I've had retail experience on an off in this area for nearly 30 years, and the public still seems difficult.I went in the other day and received great service and professionalism from staff, especially the teller Isaac. The line was backed up, and he was the only teller and really handled himself well. Bank of America really needs to give more support to their associates, especially this location. The stress is palpable.People need to relax, be courteous and respectful. Smile when you walk in.

Walked into the bank, no one in the front or at the teller stations at the side. Plenty of people in their offices looking out, not one came out to help. Once the teller came back I was sent out again to the center, where no one jumped to help me. Finally I got to a notary and he wouldn't sign off on a deed even though I had ID etc., bc he said a section wasn't filled out, the section specifically can't be filled out until it is filed with the county recording the property deed. I've had multiple accounts at this specific local since the day I was born and was treated like trash. Will be switching banks. Sad.

Bank of America needs to open more branches back up. This branch is the only one by my house that's currently open after the covid shut downs and most of the time I drive the extra 15mins to another branch it's so bad. The slowest most inconsiderate staff. Can't ever get in and out in less than 30mins and the few times I've dealt with the manager he was dismissive and rude. The energy of the staff trickles down from the top so since the manager never jumps on a window or tries to make things quicker no one in the branch is efficient. As a business client this branch makes me want to switch banks. Bank of America please do something. I miss my old branch and incredible manager so much
